Went over to get some metal corners for my barn, take pictures on my phone so I make sure I get the proper corners, show them to the hired hand, oh yea we have those, ends up cutting the wrong ones to fit my metal, I take them back, then Mike Cole blames me for watching his guys cut the wrong material as if I am any metal professional, he ends up giving me foam for a band-aid repair after cursing and swearing, you might want to think about working on your customer relations, I will never so much as buy a nail from the place again

This business owner needs a lesson in customer service. Extremely unprofessional treatment towards my indigenous Veteran father. We will absolutely never use this business, and I’ll be letting my connections in the community know to take their business elsewhere. Sad behaviour in my opinion as a fellow Maritime entrepreneur.
