BUYER BEWARE:We planned for a pool in the fall of 2019 in anticipation of having a completed pool by late spring 2020. We were told we would be the first job in 2020. Obviously COVID impacted timing, but we were not informed about our project being ADDITIONALLY delayed due to other jobs from 2019 that weren't completed. The completion date was important to us and we would have appreciated some proactive communication around the timing changes. The new completion date for the pool would have been in August, assuming there were no delays from the other projects ahead of ours. We ultimately decided to go with a different contractor that was able to deliver us a pool on our timelines. They started the pool right away and completed the project in 2 weeks. Another reason why we switched was our new contractor had all the specialized equipment needed to excavate the pool without having to take down AC's, fences and landscaping, which wasn't the case with Silver Pools, as their equipment was too big to fit between our house and our neighbour's (our clearance is typical for a subdivision)...who would want their AC as well as the neighbour's AC disconnected in the middle of summer? If timing for your project is important to you, than strongly consider other options.

ROBERT INNES, THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND JOKE OF A PERSON. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.We wanted our pool to be opened, and then wanted the salt generator checked out and pool to be cleaned (since our pool was not in good condition the previous year). I made it very clear that once the pool was opened, maintenance and a lot of work needs to be done.Not only did he delay several days to contact me back, his crew showed up only once (and they were 50 minutes late). They just opened the pool, and that's about it; nothing else was done. We tried contacting Bob for 3 days, but he always stated he will send someone to work on the pool.No one ever showed up to work on the pool. Furthermore, I had to repeat the SAME SITUATION EVERY time I called him, despite speaking to him a couple of times. Adding on, Bob was very rude and condescending every time I spoke to him. He always brought up the topic of why the pool was not in good shape last year, and asked irrelevant questions to intimidate me.Finally, when the service guys did not show up around 9:30 am as promised (Bob said he was gonna send someone before 9:00am, I was waiting since 6:30am), I decided to call him. It took me 11 tries to reach him, and without any sincere apology or anything, he rudely stated that his service guy did not show up. I was livid, and told him that I made a mistake and I should not have contacted him at all.Within 15 minutes, he was at the front door asking for money. He sent an invoice by email addressing the wrong person, and again condescendingly stating that its our fault that we could not open the pool.Stay away from this horrible company.

We had a wonderful experience with Bob and his crew. He was honest and reliable and built us a fabulous pool. We use Silver Pools to open and close our pool every year and we are always able to open exactly when we want. Bob is always available when we have trouble shouting issues and he either helps you out on the phone or is always happy to come and take a look if it can’t be solved via a phone call. I highly recommend Silver Pools

After a positive experience 15 years ago, we hired Silver Pools a second time to install a pool in my new home as well as some front yard landscaping. The pool turned out exactly how we envisioned. The crew was always personable and respectful. The owner takes time to answer any and all questions and ensures the client is satisfied with the results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Silver Pools to family and friends.

We used Bob and his team to install our fibreglass pool and waterfall as well as landscaping. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great reputation amongst some well known larger companies- we were assured we were in good hands. He was meticulous and thorough when installing the pool which we really appreciated and he helped with the process of the building permit, etc. Whenever we had questions- we were able to reach him. We are very happy with our pool and have loved every minute spending time with our friends and family in our new backyard.

We had Bob and his team open our pool for the first time this year, as we got it last year. They were very methodical in the process and set the date to open the pool well in advance. His team did an excellent job and explained everything properly. Bob was very prompt in getting back to me, when I had questions about the pool and how long it would take for the water to clean up. We recently moved to a new home with a pool and Bob and his crew have been so wonderful and patient with us. They have taken the time to carefully explain the process and make sure we feel comfortable with all aspects of maintaining the pool. Bob is very good at giving multiple options with regards to pricing and is very thorough in explaining. Would highly recommend Silver Pools!

Great construction technique and service. Most pool companies dig a hole in your yard then you wait for weeks while they dig everyone else's and this continues through each phase of the project making construction a very long process. Not Silver Pools. Once they begin they do not stop so your pool is ready in a matter of weeks, not months. Bob is always responsive and is there daily to make sure the job is going as planned.

Silver Pools built us a gorgeous pool! Bob was meticulous. We have never had an issue the service is incredible. I highly recommend them!
