Just had company patches embroidered on two work jackets. They look great...prompt & professional service with very reasonable prices.

I dropped a suit to fix, agreed 3 weeks and $50 in total, she never called me back , I went back in 6 weeks later, she completely forgot about it, Finally she called me back 2 days later, then the price changed to $90 , and she told me that she NEVER said it will be $50.What a scammer

Convenient Service, a little Pricey... But can't complain since iam not willing to learn this trade. Will definitely use again as needed...

Would give less than 1 star if possible. 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed. She wrote out and PINNED the length to each pair, had them for over a week and when I picked them up today she only had 1 pair done, charged $10 for that and said she didn't remember how much to hem the second pair. She said nothing when I pointed out the instructions she herself had written and pinned to the second pair. You couldn't pay me to bring anything here again.

ZERO stars would be most appropriate. The day I left my pants to be hemmed, a customer was there to pick up his slacks which were not done on time. This concerned me but I left them anyway. My name was written on an index card and I was not given a tag or receipt of any kind. I was told they would be done in 10 day, I went back in 14 days and she couldn't find the pants. After 10 minutes of searching, they were found on a hanger, not completed!!! When she offered to have them done for the next day, I took them and said I would find someone else.This place is cluttered, unorganized and a great risk for losing your belongings. The ONLY guarantee is..........nothing will be done on time!!
