Good quality ice cream & Good experience overall. Excellent customer service.. koodos to the management. My granddaughters love the ice cream so much that we visited back to back 3 times in a row. I would definitely recommend people living in Cougar Ridge, West Springs, Aspen and surrounding area to visit this place for sure.

One of my favourite desserts places in west springs. Their speciality is vanilla soft serve Ice cream with various flavoured Belgian Chocolate dips (around 30 dips) & 20 different toppings to choose from. My favourite combination is vanilla soft serve with Dark fleur de sel dip & Pistachios topping. They have 16 different flavours of hard Ice Cream as well. They do carry Cheese Cake Factory Bakery stuff from US (assorted slices & whole cheese cake options). On top that they serves variety of desserts including chocolate Crepes, sundae, Razzle, Lava cake, affogato, Ice cream sandwiches & Milk shakes. Some of my favourite items are soft serve, mini donuts & chocolate dipped donuts, Ice cream cakes (Caramel & cookies & cream).

Dips were delicious , toppings tasty. The scooped ice cream was good. Waffle cones also stellar.3 stars is because the vanilla soft serve was gritty. I have never seen anything like it. It looked like it was both full of ice crystals and the milk solids were not dissolved? I had to dump my cone.My advice, stick to the scooped ice cream.

Really good ice cream place with vanilla/chocolate-like flavors. Good service too - we were overwhelmed by the choices first time and the staff were super helpful.

Staff were very friendly. I asked for the cone on top and they were kind enough to fulfill my request. I recommend the Greek Islands soft serve. Great experience!

Underwhelmed by the taste and the service. The soft serve ice cream is nothing to write home about and the toppings are ok. I mean, once you eat the toppings might as well toss the rest out. Waffle cones are store-bought (not made in house). Really not worth the price tag and unfortunately will never visit any of their locations again. Service felt like they were more annoyed by having to explain the process than anything else. No enthusiasm, I don’t think they enjoyed being there at all.
