We received a reference for MACK Contracting but weren't sure they would travel to the St Clair River to help with our renovation. They were willing and their quote was reasonable. From the first communication to after completion of the job, they were prompt and professional.They poured cement over the entire main floor of the house covering the in floor heat cables and levelling the space perfectly for tile inslallation. Their preparation and laser beam technology was second to none.The crew clearly worked as a team. The job was done on schedule and as per quote. Followup after to ensure we were happy was a nice personal touch.We highly recommend this company.

Absolutely great flooring company they installed our tile, Vinyl and Carpet in our gym facility last week. very good team work, they do quality work, their tile setters installing very fast and very straight without clips just their hands. Their experience of many years speaks for itself. We called Mack last week to come and acess the floor work we needed done in our store floor and their team showed up the following day and gave us the lowest price possible compare to all the other quotes we received to do the 2” Gypcrete Concrete Pour on 2,400 s/f store in Vaughan area and they completed the work in about 4 hours due to the excellent cooperation between their guys. What we really appreciated the most is that they were straight forward with us the whole time, with No hidden fees or any surprises in the end like a lot of other contractors we dealt with during this Renovations so Thank you Mack It was a pleasure working with you.

Mack Contracting Flooring team did a fabulous installation on our hardwood floors throughout the whole main floor of our house, they guide us on which type of Hardwood we should choose from as there are so many options to choose from Engineer vs. Solid etc. and recommended us the best color that can suit for our house. without their help we might not have picked the right flooring for our house and regret it for many years later, so we are very happy we managed to hired such a professional and knowledgeable flooring company and the final outcome is great due to their attention to details and top notch installation.

Working with Mack Contracting was a breeze! They were professional and very responsive at first for the quote, and then for the site visit, and the final pouring/leveling.I used their services for cement leveling for my radiant floor heating. It was important to get the job done quickly so my contractors and I wouldn't be walking all over the pipes for too long.I had an issue where the city had to turn off the water on my street on same the day the crew was supposed to start. It was a huge disappointment for me to have the delay, but they quickly scheduled me for following week and did everything within one day.I love my new cement floors and can't wait to have my final flooring installed on top of them. I would 100% recommend Mack Contracting and would certainly use them again.
