We worked with the Caliber team to finish our basement. We have an older home and the basement’s only use was as storage and an unpleasant place to go to do laundry.Our plan was to install a three-piece bathroom, add a living room and play space, spruce up the laundry, section off the utilities and replace the drains below the floor. It was a big project.Planning the project with Marc was easy. He was receptive to our plans and ideas. He was great about suggesting variations that would save time or money. He was patient and responsive.Once work began, Marc would usually be on-site first thing in the morning to talk through the plan for the day. We’d answer any questions they had for us and discuss anything we had questions about. I found this open conversation about the project reassuring. More than once those check-ins let us avoid a problem or setback by giving us time to talk through a solution.The team lead, Ryoji, and his crew worked at an amazing pace. Every day I’d be surprised at how much they got done. I tend to ask a lot of questions out of curiosity and Ryoji was happy to explain what he was doing and why. I could tell that he was proud of the quality of his work and the care he took was evident.The work site was always left in a tidy and safe condition at the end of the day. Ryoji would always give us a good summary of what was completed and what the next day’s focus would be.All told, the project took about 10 weeks. Considering what was accomplished, I think this was an efficient pace.The end result is so much better than we imagined.Thanks Caliber

We selected Caliber Contracting to undertake an extensive renovation of our daughters 100 year old home. We had an excellent experience with Caliber Contracting! We had a very specific vision and Marc and whole the Caliber team definitely delivered! Marc was extremely responsive and all around great to work with - we could always get ahold of him (although we really tried not to bug him on weekends, he always answered if we did). He also kept us in the loop with frequent updates on progress etc. throughout the entire renovation. On top of all of that, the project was completed on time, during a pandemic! Our neighbors have made many comments about how hard everyone was working and how professional and respectful they were - which we really appreciated. We are so so happy with the finished product, it is better then our expectations. Really can't recommend you guys enough - we will be singing your praises to our friends and family and you can bet we'll be calling you for our next project.

We recently hired Caliber Contracting for a main floor renovation of our home. We are extremely happy with the work, the service, and the commitment of Marc and the Caliber team - especially their attention to detail in every step of the reno. The work was completed on schedule. Marc kept us informed with constant updates throughout the entire renovation of nearly 3 months. The workers and tradespeople who worked on our home were very polite and professional, particularly since we were still living in the house during this time with two kids and a dog.
