Martin Luther King Apartments

My toilet is not flushing since Wednesday ,it's Friday and maintenance have not been here yet. I'm so shocked that they don't think I have to use the toilet. Ridiculous they don't have the emergency maintenance come out.

Not a good place to live at all. Too many maintenance problems in the units. They don't care. Maintenance doesn't fix anything.

I don't like the apartment. They don't clean up the outside and they don't fix anything inside. Please don't live here

Horrible!!! The Workers Here Don’t Care About There Job. They Just Sit Around And Gossip About The Tenants. There Are Too Many Complaints And Not Enough Work Getting Done.

I been living here for 3 yrs . I HATE living here. READY TO MOVE. these apartments are NOT Worth it Management is terrible. they dont want to fix anything they take months to fix things. this place is just a disgrace

Warning: While in the middle of filling out my application for here, on the application it was questions saying that it is required for you to write down your bank account route number, zip code, and card number. They also was asking what is the color of your vehicle and what year did it come out. I just don't this it's safe giving out so much personal information to a stranger.For one, why would I give anyone all access to my bank account info? It's too many scams out here. I am not about to be a victim to that again. If check stubs isn't enough then I'm just not going to put a application in here.It's sad that its people out here that really need help because they can't afford to take care of themselves at the moment, but all places like this care about is knowing too much of your personal information like wow. Then the application gone say what is my last 5 addresses and why did I move. Who said I ever had 5 addresses to begin with? Yup...I'm good on this place. I'll pass.

I was contacted by the Management Company for Maintenance position. After viewing the reviews and photos I don't remember this place looking like this because I grew up in the Jeffery Projects and had friends who stayed in the Martin Luther King Homes and seeing this property over the years has weaken my soul.As an legit Google Reviewer I can't be part of Federal Constitutional Rights Violations.

Shìt is not worth even filling out an app……! Ready to move I’ve been here for two going on three years and everything is falling apart and for them to replace anything in the homes it has to be broken…….. don’t make since to me…!!

These Apartments need to have a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS MICE & RATS IN THEY APARTMENT & ITS A WHOLE LOT OF THEM IN EACH UNIT. THE NEW MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE THEY WON'T DO THERE JOBS, THEY POP AT YOUR HOME WITHOUT A NOTICE, IF YOU REFUSE TO LET THEM IN CAUSE THEY CAME UNEXPECTEDLY THEY SENDING YOU TO COURT TO HAVE YOU EVICTED CAUSE THEY SHOWED UP UNEXPECTEDLY. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE RATS IN EVERYONE APARTMENT AND THEY NEED TO FIX THE BROKEN THINGS IN MY APARTMENT CAUSE IM GETTING READY TO FILE A MAJOR COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN REGARDING THIS. ITS BEEN WAY TO LONG THESE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN GOING ON

Horrible management. I've lived here since 2016. They barely want to do repairs even if your willing to pay for them. Had water damage from my toilet leaking while away over the weekend February 2022 This is what they considered repaired. After me having to go up to management 10xs. And it that didn't get done until March 2022. Currently looking for another place to stay especially since they keep going up on my rent every year but don't want to fix anything.
