Terrible service. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

These guys are con artists. Don’t be fooled. My bank financing got messed up and they repod my car. They sat on it for DAYS telling me there was NOTHING they could do until the “paper work” has been completed on their end… getting your personal belongings from your vehicle (GOOD LUCK) it’s “appointment only” is all they will tell you… I swear they only have one person in the department and the response time is HORRIBLE… if your car ends up here plan on using another vehicle for 2+ weeks. Car repo is serious yes and no fault but our own… still though they hold your vehicle hostage and the longer they do the more $ they make… they do NOT care about you or your vehicle. It’s just a business.. thank you and best of luck

Customer relations department customer service is very bad. I received the worst service from Marika, Amenda & their supervisor instead of helping they were being difficult and will gang up to prove you wrong. All departments don’t have diversity which is causing racism & it’s very hard to get hold of people over the phone at physical location.

Had an interview for HR position with Poonam Puri and she is so rude and doesn't have respect for what other person has to say. she will keep interrupting and cutting in between and ask the same question

Simply crooks. They don't care and never buy red light as is vehicles. Most as is vehicles will have big problem like engine, transmission, electrical etc and they don't even disclose. They just hide behind as is. I don't understand why they have mandatory PSI on as is vehicles when they take no responsibility and pass as is vehicles anyway. There are so many other auctions do a good research and try to avoid them or lose hard earned money.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for 3 days now. Worst people to deal with. I have been trying to redeem my vehicle since Thursday and I have left multiple messages to get this situation handled. I think it's disgusting that they deliberately not answer the phone so that your vehicle will sit and and sit and you have to pay each day it sits. They clearly do this for the money. They are complete scams and frankly I think this should be illegal what they do. I am going without and have been trying to sort this issue out and not one person answers the phone. I didn't even have a single notice about my cat being taken not even a notice. Shady shady very unprofessional.

The women at the reception desk (Jackie) is very friendly and helpful. The process of picking up a car is quick and efficient.

If I could give 0 I would.from arbitration staff to front office.that’s the worst auction you can deal with.stay away no matter what happen the unit is always ok when they sell it but never ok on pick up
