Never had so much fun buying work shoes. Shea was very helpful patient with me and my shenanigans. I went to five different stores before going there. Shea asked me what I needed and delivered exactly what was looking for. Inexpensive/cheap wide fit work shoes. She asked about my work environment so I would get the right shoes. Thank you Shea and Pat. I will be back! Highly recommend.

I went into the Work Authority for a helmet, gloves and boots. Winter weather has come on fast and I needed to be on a construction site the next day. With 20 years experience I was quite picky about what I wanted. That said, Susan at the Work Authority listened to my requests and she ensured that I was quickly equipped with the best gear for my needs. The following day I did my site walk and the boots were incredibly comfortable despite being the first time worn. I spent plenty of time both standing around and traversing rough terrain but felt no back or foot pain afterwards. Very grateful to the Work Authority.

Just got new steel toe shoes. The timberlands are my favorite. Super comfy and affordable. Susan is the manager, not only did she find what I was looking for but I found out I've been wearing the wrong size shoes for years.she explained the foot science of ½ size larger and my feet feel much better. She knows her job well. Would definitely recommend

Went to the Oshawa store to get a pair of new booties.Leah guided and educated me on getting the best fit for my wide feet.I'm happy that I drove there to get them .Maybe the other stores can learn from Leah's knowledge and expertise.Thankyou.

Wonderful experience, the lady shae, was amazing patient. She listened and found a great fit for my work shoes.I recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid work shoe many options from running to boots.The other sales ladies were great.too.
