Jamie Alves and his team were recommended to my wife and I and we cannot begin to explain how grateful we are for that. We dealt with Jamie and he was absolutely wonderful. We are first-time home buyers expecting our first child, so naturally we had a lot of questions and concerns. Jamie was so patient; taking the time to explain absolutely everything to us. He answered every question we had and was a calming influence on both of us as we searched for our baby’s first home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This process, while at times a little frustrating, would not have gone anywhere near as smoothly as it did had we not had the expert help of Jamie Alves. He’s simply the best.

Jamie and the team at Alves Real Estate were awesome to work with. Jamie is very knowledgeable and guided us to looking and finding a new house perfectly. He walked us through all the various steps and pointed things out and things to be aware of while we were looking and seeing different places. He was very patient with us, especially when it came to selling our place and the opinions we had in terms of which pictures to put on and how to showcase certain features to ensure they were front and center. We were very picky and looking for our dream house for years but he never waivered in helping us look at our pace. Once we knew which house we wanted, he coached us through the bidding process expertly in terms of what to expect. And once we won and it was time to sell our house, he went into overdrive to get everything staged and ready for showing in a flash. I would highly recommend Jamie and his team as he is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He will walk you through the whole process and tell you what to expect and he will move at your pace. He is very easy to get along with and has a lot of experience and advice for most situations we came across. And he always went above and beyond for us, talking with lawyers when it came to listing our place to ensure we weren't misrepresenting it and opening ourselves up to liability.
