I can not say more about this place. The receptionist, Kelly is the most wonderful woman. She was so helpful over the phone and even more delightful in person. She went above and beyond to make an uncomfortable situation alot easier for me to deal with. Darren is a true gentleman. He took the time to explain the cost break down for me and gave me some excellent feedback. I appreciate the time and effort everyone put in to my experience with them. Excellent customer service and great and honest pricing. Would 100% recommend them and definitely return for future services. Thank you so much for everything.

My front sub frame on my Ford Explorer cracked a few weeks ago leaving my son and I on the side of the road. This car has and always will be my baby. It was given to me from my grandparents so you'd imagine how I felt when numerous garages told me to scrap it and let it go. After going to numerous dealerships to look for a new vehicle that was nothing in comparison to how much my Ford meant to me. I even put a deposit down for another vehicle. After a week of it sitting at one garage, I was prepared to call the tow to have it brought to the scrap yard. I called L&M twenty minutes before the tow truck with one final last hope of saving my grandparents vehicle. From the minute it arrived, L&M assisted me every step of the way. They stayed in my budget and even ensured it got a wheel alignment and new CV joint so I wouldn't foresee any future problems. They truly don't know how much their work has meant to me and how thankful I am for all the staff there. They understood, never left me waiting, and did not take their attention off the work that needed done until it was done. All during Christmas holidays. They are amazing and I will forever recommend them. Never will I go to any other garage. Thank you guys all so much.

The employees at L&M Autobody Ltd exceeded my expectations with their work on my car. They gave an honest and very fair estimate, had my car ready earlier than I expected during a busy time of year, and my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! I definitely will be recommending them.

NEVER HAVE I RECEIVED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE. I went to see Darren for a quote for some body work on my Acura RDX in March of 2022. Everything seemed great; we found a new door and he quoted me a reasonable price for the work to be done… so without hesitation I left a deposit of $500 and began waiting patiently for an update as to when the work would get started. I followed up within a month… Darren had personally let me know that when there was an update on the ETA of the door I would be notified by his staff.Months went by, I’d say about 5 and I followed up again. This time his assistant told me that there had been no update as to when my door would arrive, as Covid still had things backed up (me being patient and understanding, just thought this was all normal). Keep in mind that I am doing ALL of the following up in this relationship. I have not received a single email or courtesy call from L&M, it was as if they took my $500 deposit and forgot about me.That couldn’t be more true. Coming up on the ONE year mark of when I ORIGINALLY met with Darren, received an estimate and put my deposit down, I decided to reach again in March 2023…..this time to find out that there was no record of any order ever being placed for my new door. I was shocked because I had followed up numerous times and the same excuses told to me each time.Darren clearly doesn’t take any accountability for his company’s errors because the next time I spoke to his assistant, I was told that they could order me a new door and receive it within 3 days. I was also informed that the door had gone up in price, (which I would have to pay the increase) and that they would keep the exact same estimate I was originally quoted…..I’m sorry…., but what? I now have to PAY MORE to get the work done because the door price went up?! What a joke.Long story short, there was not one bit of consideration to compensate me in anyway for the terrible service from this company….and to top it all off….I received NOT EVEN ONE APOLOGY when I went to pickup my $500 deposit. Beyond disappointing.

We brought our car in after a minor fender bender and 3 days later the job was done fast a courteous service. We were given a rental car ( Toyota Camry) to use in place of our VW Golf. I that wasn't enough as The boys were fixing the damage they found previous damage from another accident and repaired it for the cost of a cup of coffee. My experience at this shop was excellent! They were able to fix my door latch in an hour and for only labour cost. No parts req'd. Darryl was the mechanic that did the work and he was fabulous. I'm very impressed with the quality of work, as well as the happy environment in which they work. From the owner Darren, to the mechanic Darryl, to the delightful and customer centric administrator, Kelly. I was so happy and impressed there is no question I would return, and recommend them. Great business.

My experience with L&M Auto Body Ltd in Barrie was very good.I was impressed with how quick they were with the job. The owner, Darren was very friendly, as was Melissa and the ones doing the work. I appreciated Darrin, calling me to discuss which direction to take with the work, offering different options to make sure I understand what will be done. Matching pearl white is very hard but they made sure I was happy with the end result.Based on my experience, I would return for other work and will recommend them others.Thanks everyone, appreciate everything you did.
