Jamie and John were super helpful in helping us figure out the best sectional configuration for our family room. We went back three times and each time they were very attentive and in the end we got a great couch.

We had an enjoyable experience shopping at Ashley’s to purchase a new sectional. Our salesperson, Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful while leaving us feeling no pressure. John (the Manager) was a delight to deal with making the entire experience a pleasure. We will definitely look to Ashley’s for our next purchase.

A huge thank you to Jeremy for making this process so easy! We weren't entirely sure what we wanted when we walked through the doors for the first time. Jeremy was extremely helpful and didn't pressure us at all. We've only had our new furniture for a couple weeks but we are so pleased everything! I'm so glad we decided to check Ashley out, it was our first time in the store and everyone was so kind and what a great selection they have! Doug was knowledgeable and authentic. I never felt he was trying to sell me something for the sake of selling me something, but rather thinking about what I need and offering relevant suggestions. Great store with a good collection of furniture, too.

We stopped in at Ashley's just to browse, and had every intention of visiting other furniture stores. And then we met Keith :) He has excellent customer service skills, and just the right balance of being engaging without being pushy. He is also very knowledgeable about the products in the store. We ended up buying a few pieces of furniture from him that day.Hour Movers (John and Devin) delivered the furniture today, and they did a great job too. A very positive experience all around!

Eiren was our sales person. She was very knowledgeable she listened and heard what we wanted presented many great options. She was very organized and efficient lead us through the store and helped us select everything we needed. Would highly recommend Ashley Home Store and Eiren to anyone. We will be back because of Eiren and her service.

Wow - they have quite the selection of furniture, we were helped by several knowledgeable staff during our 1.5 hours visit. We eventually decided on a sofa and a 1.5-seat. This place is way bigger inside than it looks from the outside - definitely worth a visit.

Jessica was wonderful to have work with us and added positivity to our buying experience. Products are beautiful, practical, well-built and of much better quality when compared to some of their competitors, oh, and reasonably priced as well. But the other reason I'm giving them a 5/5 is their customer service, first time I passed by it was 45 mins before closing, they've received me with a smile, walked around the store with me and talked about what I needed, not rushing me or even subtly pointing out that they're closing soon, I ended up visiting the next day and getting everything I needed on a single visit. Shout-out to Jessica and the rest of the team. 5/5.

What a delightful experience! I saw the summer sale sign while driving down the street and popped in to look for a media room sofa bed for my guest bedroom. Eiren greeted me immediately with a great smile and readily took me through the showroom. Well let me just say her extensive and thorough knowledge was an inspiration for any sales associate to learn from. Eiren was familiar with all the products as well as the materials and their origins. This gal knows her stuff! I ended up buying a great set, way nicer than I would have ever imagined finding and can’t wait to enjoy it. The delivery person called me before I even got home and arranged for a delivery right there. I am totally impressed with my experience and highly recommend Eiren for your point of contact at this establishment. She is representative of what can only be described as superior customer service, care, detail and knowledge. What a gem.
