Impetus Plumbing and Heating

I've been calling Impetus for all my plumbing/heating work for my salon. They are professional and easy to work with. The other day i needed 2 backflow testing and Michael was great. He had to work while i had a bunch of customers in the salon, He was very professional and did his work quietly as possible for me!Thank you Impetus + Michael for always making sure my salon is in its top shape!

Amazing Teamwork! I personally know one of the plumbers, Darryl Wong. He took my call the same day when our water tank wasn’t working. He wasn’t to make it but one of his team members, Jason Wong, was in the area and save the day! True professionals and have a passion to assist. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again guys!

Mike and Josh are great, very responsive. I called them over the long weekend and they were able to come out on Tuesday to get my washrooms fixed. They make everything transparent so I know what's wrong and what I am paying for. Thanks for the professional service!

When my shower handle broke, Darryl was super professional and efficient in diagnosing the issue quickly. He was able to assist in sourcing a replacement piece through a manufacturers warranty claim and saved me cost in parts. Darryl and the team at Impetus were incredibly easy to work with and I would not hesitate to call them back if I ever needed any other help.

Darryl assessed the leak in my ceiling and provided me with a practical and less expensive first option to resolving the problem. He also walked me through a second option if option #1 wasn’t the fix. After a week I have not noticed additional leaking.He also tested my fireplace which he couldn’t fix after trying everything in his wheelhouse. Instead of charging me more time, he said he would follow up with me in a few days with advice after doing some research and getting estimates on replacement parts. I had a very good experience with Impetus and would use them again. Darryl is friendly, professional, competent and trustworthy. Can’t ask for more.

Called Impetus Plumbing for a clogged toilet. Jason responded timely and scheduled a next day appointment. Darryl the technician was on time. He is knowledgeable and soon after inspection was able to pinpoint the problem which in our case was due to a septic tank issue. They again managed to arrange a pump truck to empty the tank the next morning. The crew did an excellent job and everything was back to normal. Darryl provides excellent service and good plumbing advice as to the upkeep of the system. Impetus was very upfront with pricing and sticked to it. No overcharge as some other companies do. Highly recommended based on this experience.

I had the taps and shower head replaced in my tub surround today. I was nervous about having it done but Michael spent time explaining the process and showed photos also.. A big thankyou to Michael .. he always calls when on his way. Starts and ends on time.At the end explained and showed how the new faucet and shower works... also cleans up meticulously.
