Never, ever have I had such a rude proprietor. I had to return a floor brush and was inquiring about vacuum bags. The owner didn't know which bags I needed so I said I would come back. At the time he was going to phone his supplier. I didn't have the time at the moment to wait, so I told him I would come back. He got mad and threw my money across the counter at me for the returned floor brush and said he didn't need my business. Not the way to treat a customer.Update:No response is needed to the proprietor's comment. It speaks for itself.

Staff/Owner were very professional and knowledgeable. They took time , to discuss my best options and answered all my questions on the upgrade of my current central vac. Installation and purchase was quick, efficient and seamless! Super pleased with the system! Thanks!

Went in for a small fix on Miele and the technician changed the bag and filter with no charge.

Excellent place to deal with. I highly recommend them. I have only a bike for transportation and the owner was very kind to assist with pickup and delivery.

I believe that the operator of this business cheated me into purchasing a replacement power head for my Kenmore Canister vacuum cleaner. The brush stopped working; I am old and forgetful so I took it in to Royal Oak. Without even looking at it, the operator told me that it was toast, and I had to purchase a refurbished power head for about $120. Weeks later, I realized that when the issue had happened previously, all I had to do was push a reset button on the head.He made no attempt to try the reset button and I believe that he was aware of the easy fix, but chose not to even try. I can’t prove that he is dishonest, but would caution everyone about using this business because of the way I was treated, especially when I called to complain.In response to the owner’s response, I would like to point out that I was accompanied by my daughter who observed that the salesclerk did not even attempt to test the reset button, simply took the head from me, set it on the shop counter, without any inspection. That alone should have made me suspect him, but he was so insistent that it was not repairable, I trusted him. Of course I could have gone elsewhere, but he had a refurbished head on a nearby shelf, and suggested that it was an appropriate replacement.Because of my age, I always am accompanied when I shop. As I said in my review, it wasn’t until weeks later that I recalled that there was a reset button.I created my review to warn others to be very careful when dealing with this shop. I have no obvious proof of malfeasance, and only resorted to posting after the rude, aggressive response I received when I phone the shop to express my concern. He constantly interrupted my during my explanation, and was not remotely interested inaddressing the issue.

Brought my 10 year old Hoover carpet cleaner with seized roller brushes on Friday and got it back Saturday afternoon. Great work Char and tech David. Fix came in below quote.

The owner came the same day to look at our old vacuum which seem to have lost much of its suction. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told us what our options were either to fix or replace. We opted to replace and were happy with both the price and the speed of installation. The new unit is marvellous, and especially quiet yet powerful. Great products, great service.

I stopped by the store today to find parts to repair an older vacuum. The part was found, adapted to fit and I was able to pick everything up the same day. Knowledgeable and fairly priced. Thanks for the good service.

I work here and am happy with how far we have progressed over the past 18 years. Part of why I am writing a review is google keeps bothering me to as I am here so often.
