Parks Blueberries

Lovely place in the country full of gifts and food. The blueberries are ready to be picked you can pick or buy already picked. We went for lunch which is a cafeteria style where you grab a tray and order as you walk by. They have a good size menu of sandwich’s soups and even pizza. There are also desserts pie and other goodies. The best thing and the reason we go there is the scones. They are expensive but are the best 6 for 15.00. The scones are big, I usually cut them in half and freeze them. Thawing is quick or 30 sec in the microwave and they are good to go. If you need to get away for a little while try them out for lunch and a stroll through the gift shop and bakery. The scones are so good I’m glad I don’t live too close.

Always a pleasure to visit! Lovely day trip, driving backroads countryside and picking out the quilt blocks on the barns. Gift shop is so unique. The bake shop is a must to bring home yummy treats. The restaurant offers homemade lunch and dessert offerings! Blueberries fresh or frozen are the best!!

They are open now for blueberries picking! The place is so pretty, I love the shop! Variety of stuffs. And staffs are so friendly!!Maybe one or two weeks the blueberries will all get ripe. Big ripe ones are sweet but many are still green.

None of their bakery items are safe for anyone with a peanut allergy. If you or a family member or friend doesn't have a severe food allergy, the rest of this review won't matter to you.We visited today, hoping to pick up some blueberry tarts or muffins or scones or what have you. Luckily we just happened to notice some peanut butter balls in the café display case, and asked the staff whether they had anything available that was peanut-free, as one of our family has a life-threatening peanut allergy. The answer was that because they make the peanut butter balls as well as peanut butter cookies, nothing else they produce could be considered peanut-free. Good to know in advance of course, but very disappointing as everything looked delicious. It's too bad that Park's decided they had to add peanut butter products to their already substantial menu, because I'm sure their variety of blueberry products would more than satisfy anyone who visited. After all, it's not like we went to Pickard's and asked for something peanut-free. If you're bringing someone to a blueberry store who will only eat peanut butter, just leave them in the car and crack the window a bit. Or maybe not a bit.Anyhow, the shop is very appealing, everything looks tasty (despite having no produced in a facility" or "may contain" warnings on the ingredient labels I might add) - we had a nice cup of coffee before buying a quart of blueberries and departing. I gave three stars but honestly I wouldn't go back - I can buy coffee and blueberries anywhere."

Great products and selection. Friendly service. My daughter and I want to come back to pick blueberries for the first time ever. Daughter loved the pastries. I enjoyed my chocolate peanut butter drops. Picked up a bag of frozen blueberries. Have to come back for breakfast or lunch at the cafe.

Great experience for the kids. We went on the last weekend of the season and were able to get a nice pick done. Berrys were very tasty and the farm is nice and well organized. Their on-site store and bakery is worth the trip alone. The Pumpkin Creme Cheese Muffins are exceptional!!!

Cute and well stocked little country store! Lots of unique kitchen items, as well as fresh baked goods. Frozen meat pies are excellent as well! The lunch counter is a nice addition, though the prices are high for the offerings. My $10 egg salad sandwich was bare bones (not even lettuce or a tomato slice). Definitely miss the blueberry tarts they used to have!

They have a great selection of homemade style tasty treats, such as scones, beef or chicken pies, and a nice assortment of jams, just to name a few things going on here. Blueberry picking with the family if you'd like(seasonal). Some clothes and assortment of nik-nak's as well. They even deliver the pastries every couple weeks(set on a schedule, per area). Great place to visit!
