They said canada post lost my package as well. They said they would send me a replacement from the USA as the team is there for a couple weeks. All they did was create an electronic label to send me a tracking number. I would have been billed almost $600 without receiving anything had I not canceled. Now I have to try and get my money back.Update, after back and forth of them assuring they shipped it paypal investigated and sent my money back. For some reason the pay for a label and dont ship anything.

Been a gearpack subscriber for a year now and yes there has been some shipping issues and only one box I thought was not up to standard but they have quality gear in there for the most part as well as new interesting items I'd never have looked into. Every box I open on my YouTube channel to give everyone an idea of what the value of each box is worth.On my second year now and still no complaints about the gear. The value is in the box keep it up Gear pack.

Not very impressed so far. I have sent several emails and actually managed to get one phone call thru to a machine trying to find out about my order. No response. Can't find anything out on the website either. Spent 119 dollars and am about ready to ask for a refund. Will update as things progress. Ok they finally got my box to me and I finally got home to check it out. Over all they have quality merchandise in the box. Definitely was worth more than what I paid for it. Their shipping time seems to be more affected by the WuFlu than some of the other subscription boxes, but a solid 4 star for sure.

Trash service take your money and don't send your product, paid for a box a month ago and haven't received anything, won't respond to emails, not first time this has happened! They'll take payments for next box and not send previous! On to a better company!

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS YOU MOST LIKELY WILL NOT RECIVE IT.I really do enjoy the mystery boxes they have and have order a few but this time I have waited over 3 weeks for my box which apparently has a label printed but is just sitting there. I have sent numerous emails with no responses or anything. I will be doing a charge back on my credit card.

Edit: Gear Pack sent out another box to replace the one that never arrived/was scanned/ lost by Canada Post or whatever happened to it!After countless emails, Facebook and Instagram messaging it was fixed.I changed my rating as well. My son and I love this subscription and this is the first and only time we've been let down. The lack of correspondence was the most frustrating.Regardless, they came through(albeit a couple months later) and we thank you! *Edit end*Been trying to find closure on an order that apparently" was shipped (Jul 15th)

Terrible customer service!Scam!Items are not worth what Gear Pack says their values are. Look up the items from previous boxes page and see for yourself how much they false advertised the values.

Update. Heard back and everything should be good to go. Customer service not so bad after all.I signed up to get gear and I also purchased a mystery box. They charged me for both but I've yet to receive anything.

Ordered the Mystery Box for $100.00. Received an email saying it shipped, but it never came. Looked into with Canada Post and was advised that Gearpack created a shipping label, but did not send the package.Attempted to contact Gearpack (only a online form, no phone number). Have sent several tickets with no response. Concept it neat, gear is decent. Customer service is none existent. Looked into the company via Better Business Bureau and this is not the first time this situation has happened. Buyer Beware.Overall would not recommend as its not worth the frustration or hassle.

Alright, so you're probably reading reviews and there are people upset about poor service and whatnot. I bought a pack for a friends birthday in October. Then after I bought the pack I read reviews and definitely got worried. Reading about people not receiving there boxes or things like that. I'm here to tell you that I received my box and it's honestly a unique good gift for someone or for yourself. There was a cool knife in it and some other unique items. My box wasn't shipped about 10 days after like the website says but it was shipped out within two weeks. I did email them and it took them a while to get back to me but they eventually did. I found it was a bit of a quicker response on their facebook page. One thing that would have been nice is when you got the box if they had a list inside that told you what items are in the box and what they are used for. My friend was a bit confused about some of the things in the box. So a list would be nice. Other than that, despite being a bit worried at first, in the end the customer service was nice and it is a unique gift for someone or for yourself if you want to give someone something practical. Much love!
