My pool pump wouldn't prime. Called them on a Saturday afternoon, and Tim walked me through a troubleshooting process over the phone!!!We couldn't resolve the issue, so he sent out a crew a few days later, they were on site for a few mins and resolved the issue.They waived the callout charge, which I did not expect at all.I now use them for my water testing, chemicals and repair/maintenance.It certainly pays to support local businesses that are so customer friendly!!!

HiJust want to share that I have used this company for near 17 years for buying my chemicals and water testing. In the beginning it was such a pleasure but when owners changed everything changed for the worse. Always felt like we were an inconvenience while we spent thousands of dollars over the years buying our chemicals. From what we understand the daughter got the business from the parents and her personal behaviour is very rude. She has made it extremely uncomfortable for us to come in anymore. Charging ten dollars for water test. Check other pool companies they don’t charge. We have found other reputable pool companies that do no charge for water test and offer comparable or better prices with friendly staff and less wait times. Long term customer gone and company has not even contacted us to find out why.Do yourself a favour and shop around they are not the only pool company around.

We are first time pool owners, Prestige pools team guided us through the all process of opening and cleaning, very professional and with a lot of attention and support. The balance of the chemicals was a challenge, but they checked on every day, till finally we got it. We are very thankful and happy, I wish I had so much help and guidance with my first baby:)

We had a pool and hot tub installed last fall and they did a fantastic job!The cascading waterfalls feature gives it a sophisticated look and calming feel. Mark spent hours explaining every function and was always available by phone for any questions. We kept the pool open til mid October and they came and closed it quickly and efficiently when they said they would.If you want a job done right and explained thoroughly go with Prestige Pools. We can’t wait to open our pool!!

This is our second pool with prestige pools, Mark and his team went out of there way to give us the best modern pool. Extremely pleased with the results.

2021Fist time pool owners we used Prestige pool opening service it was a bit challenging for us water was green and cloudy for over 2 weeks despite applying all kind of chemicals, but finally we figured it out with help of prestige pool experts team! Been coming here for years but today is the last time I step foot into this place. I just came home from Prestige Pools and am shocked with how rude Tim is. As I walked into the store Tim was already speaking to another customer so a young lady helped us, who was very polite. We needed a part for our vacuum and the young lady didn't know where to find it so we had to wait for Tim to help us, after speaking to the other man for about another 15 minutes he finally helped us. We tried to explain what we were looking for and he just kept running around the store from one side to the other and then claimed we were wasting his time" even though we were the only customers out of the 3 others that had actually made a purchase. If he believed we were wasting his time what was the other man he spent 15 minutes talking to that left without buying a single thing doing? Extremely disappointed at this little man who doesn't know how to run a business or speak to customers. Don't go here unless you like to be disappointed."

One stay cause no zero. Went in on cause was in a pinch. Yes not for a pool issue but required a part to fix some thing, which they had. Despite my obvious stress, wouldn’t sell required 2” pipe even thou there was some there. “Need it for a up coming build”. On a long weekend?

Great local pool store. Great products plenty of stock and always willing to help.

Prestige Pools – Beautiful Pools, Excellent ServiceMore than twenty years in our Mississauga home we discovered a serious problem with water seepage, moisture and mould in our basement. Our basement is fully finished which added to the complexity of resolving the problem. The situation required waterproofing the foundation from the outside which meant that we had to remove all the existing pattern concrete around the house, including around our inground swimming pool.We didn’t hesitate to reach out to Mark at Prestige Pools to do the pool renovation. His father Tony built our pool in 1999 and their company has been servicing it ever since. Prestige built us a very solid pool that has stood the test of time.Mark came up with clever ideas on how to update our pool that included layered cake stairs with a bench. This gave us lounging capabilities in the pool and more deck space by removing the protruding original fiberglass stairs. He also incorporated a waterfall feature, designer ladders, led lights, a waste line and an ozone chlorination system. The end product is beautiful and the pool is much lower maintenance.I highly recommend Prestige Pools because they are experienced, build lasting pools and provide excellent ongoing service.
