Has been my family doctor for years, always kind and explains everything and really listens to what you have to say, makes one feel super comfortable but thats only when you can get an appointment. I'm finding it real difficult to get in to see him, wait times of 2 plus months ... leaves one to have to go sit in an emergency room which we all know sucks.

Was supposed to be referred to a specialist. Almost 3 weeks later found out nothing was submitted. I shouldn’t have to remind him to do his job.

This guy should have his licence revoked. Some context. My Dad, 74, took a severe kidney stone attack our last day of a cruise (Saturday). Spent entire Saturday in cruise ship's infirmary. Was also diagnosed with a bad urinary track infection. Overall he was looked after very well considering. The ship doctor wanted to do a ct-scan but they didn't have one on ship. Cruise ship arranged for ambulance to pick him up when we docked Sunday morning and transported him to Fort Lauderdale hospital where they confirmed infection and did a ct-scan to reveal a large 0.7cm kidney stone. We made our flight home and my Dad survived pain despite continually throwing up when not taking pain medication. He goes to Moncton Hospital with all the reports and test results in hand. He was there close to 6 hours, told not to eat anything which I presume was because they thought he'd have the kidney stone zapped that day. Eventually the on-call doctor, Dr. Stephane Bourque saw my Dad and with all the info gave him a pain medication prescription and sent him home to pass this large stone. Disgraceful. So he's been suffering for four nights and he is not scheduled to have the kidney stone zapped until Friday which will be one full week since he started the pain. This man is a retired city firefighter who served for more than 30 years who also survived a triple bypass and this is how he is diagnosed and treated. If you see this doctor, run the other way. I'll say it again, disgraceful.

I've been seeing this doctor since the beginning of his career. He improved a lot. He's always there to listen to me and makes me feel understood. He's great with children and always makes my kid feel comfortable.

I’ve been seeing this doctor as a family doctor for a little bit. He’s very calm, logical, courteous and willing to answer all questions and suggestions.
