Martin is excellent, and a CAMPT certified Physiotherapist! He took time to provide a thorough assessment, clear explanations, and fully answered all my questions. Martin also discussed my priorities/goals and gave me realistic and reasonable expectations about the treatment plan offered. This included very helpful hands-on, and other therapies, to relieve symptoms, as well as strength & flexibility exercises - all were very effective. The entire staff is most friendly, professional and efficient regarding booking appointments and administration. I also appreciate the short COVID screening questionnaire sent by email. This new little 'physio gem' located in the Glebe is very accessible, centrally located, clean and modern, with very competent staff that is committed to the best care. Thanks!

Theo was amazing. Daughter had a grade 2 sprain on her left ankle. Thanks to his guidance and treatment, she was good to go for a provincial tournament within 3 weeks!

Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sport is a fantastic clinic. Staff (especially Martin) are friendly, professional and overall fantastic. The space is warm, inviting and clean. You get a real sense of community in the space. Highly recommend for anyone with injury or if you are looking for mobility improvements.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with the Glebe Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sports Clinics. I had no idea, prior to going to that clinic, that I could get help with vertigo. At that time, I had been suffering for three weeks. A family member told me that physiotherapy could possibly help alleviate this horrible condition. I was fortunate enough to get a quick appointment, with Martin Primeau. He explained the causes, and what could be done to rectify the situation. He was sympathetic, kind, and extremely knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. After two treatments, I was back to normal! Very grateful to Martin for his help. I would not hesitate to recommend him. All the staff were very pleasant.

Very knowledgeable and professional team. Use more manual therapy and exercises there than machines which is great. Always a friendly and efficient atmosphere. And are bilingual which is also great. Send videos of exercises, but I would also like to have a printable summary of all exercises for home with little drawings. Highly recommend. Merci

After reading the reviews, I chose to see Martin at your clinic. I was having issues with my balance and suspected it was an inner ear disorder. At the end of his evaluation, Martin believed the cause was my eye and recommended I get a referral to an ophthalmologist. As my vision was definitely failing and knowing I have pseudoexfoliation, I followed his suggestion. My optometrist discovered I have a displaced lens and referred me to my specialist. Soon after, I was seen at the Eye Institute at the Ottawa General. As serious as my condition is, I'm very grateful to Martin Primeau for his expertise and wise advice. He saved me some valuable time in addressing a potentially life altering situation. Thank you so much, Martin!

In the past I have been quite unlucky with injuries. Because of this I had worked with many different physiotherapists at various clinics. I can say without any doubt that Martin is the best one I have ever worked with. He is professional, friendly, approachable, all-around great, and really made me feel like he was right there with me at every step of the recovery.From day one he was very clear with the structure of the program and the important milestones during recovery. He created a personalized program for me that perfectly fit my needs and my return-to-play plans. In fact, I feel now stronger and better in many areas than ever before.I also want to really acknowledge that during my recovery I threw him many curveballs. Between injuring myself in unrelated activities, to sometimes pushing myself extra hard in a way that may have hindered the recovery, Martin knocked every curveball straight out of the park.I would 110% recommend Martin. This week, after a long and sometimes frustrating journey, I was finally able to get on the field and finally return to play. I am not sure I would have been able to if I had not been working with Martin.

Martin and Theo of the Glebe clinic both helped me to regain strength and mobility so that I could get back to doing the outdoor activities that I love. I went in for a pinched nerve, but in the end, my physiotherapy treatment helped me much more than that! They were able to also diagnose some minor muscular issues that I've been struggling with for years, and now I have some great exercises to do at home that continue to help me. I would highly recommend this clinic - the hours are great, the clinic is spacious and clean, and the staff is always super nice!

I went to see Mara at the Glebe location for persistent lower back and hip pain. I had tried everything to resolve the pain for 9 months with no results, but after 8 weeks working with Mara, I can say that my symptoms have 100% improved. Mara is thorough and patient, incredibly skilled at doing a full assessment to identify any mobility or strength needs and then developing a comprehensive and progressive plan to address the issues. I am so impressed with the support I received there, and would certainly return to Mara for any physiotherapy needs in the future. Thank you to Mara and the OPSC-Glebe team for your incredible work!
