Comfort Keepers Home Care

Have only been with Comfort Keepers for a month. I have found all office staff to be professional, friendly and easy to get along with.The caregivers are amazing individuals that love what they do! Highly recommend.

I have been using CKs for just over 5 years, for overnight care for my dad, and occasionally for day-time care for my mom and my dad (when our regular, privately hired, Caregiver is unavailable), and they have been excellent throughout. I note that this has amounted to over 2,000 shifts, most shifts being 9 hours long, at my parent's house. In addition, they have done many shifts during hospitals stays for both of my parents over these years. They are reliable, efficient, caring, responsive, and service-oriented. They have a 'deep bench' of Caregivers, such that when one becomes unavailable for whatever reason, they is always a 'back-up' Caregiver at the ready; this is invaluable. They haven't 'flinched' during COVID either. I highly recommend them.

Comfort keepers offers a wide range of excellent services, great companions and office staff! Would highly recommend their services to all. I have heard from many people in the health care field how experienced they are and how excellent the quality of service they offer is.

I booked a companion to take my 92 year old mother to a doctor's appointment. From the first person I spoke with at Comfort Keepers to the completion of the appointment, the service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The companion even sent me an email after the event just to say hello and how much she had enjoyed going with my mother to her appt. As I don't live in the same city as my mother, they handled all of the logistics very competently. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers.

Calgary Comfort Keepers was always professional when helping with my parents needs as well as keeping me up to date with any problems or issues my parents encountered. Now they have moved into a seniors complex, they still tell me how much they miss Patsy's selfless care and help. We truly feel privileged to have had her in our lives. Comfort Keepers is a very accommodating service and our family sincerely appreciated their help.

I have been working here for almost 10 months now and I love working here. Everyone over here in the office are so understanding and friendly. We have the most amazing caregivers who are always there to help our clients. I have learned a lot of things here and I am still gaining more and more knowledge and experience everyday.

My mother is in the hospital with a broken hip. The hospital experience has been terrible. I hired Comfort Keepers to help me with her bedside comfort, and this is something more than service. These women are angels. My mother has dementia and trusts practically no one right now, but she immediately trusted Sandeep. Thank you so much for your dedicated service to my mother.

Thank you to all the staff at Comfort Keepers for helping my mother in law. The service was amazing. The staff always went above and beyond to help my mother in her recovery from surgery. My mother in law has dementia and this task was not always easy, but the caregivers were amazing and patient. We planned on this being a short term contract but we will be keeping the staff to assist my mother in law longer term.
