I have never witnessed such heartless and inhuman actions from the representative and owners of this property. When the pandemic hit, they didn't care at all about the financial emergency that families were facing, were NOT open to negotiate and made it hard for us to find people to lease the apartment. Didn't offer any help or let us put signs up. On top of everything, when we applied for governmental help for rent, we were waiting on them to fill out their part of the form and never did. Guess what happened? we didn't get any governmental help. AFTERWARDS, they take us to court without AGAIN any chance of negotiating and charge us MORE THAN TWICE the amount owned. These corporations don't care about anything but their money. We have been HONEST PEOPLE from the start and they acted completely heartless from our situation. Here is another fun fact about us living there, there was false fire alarms MULTIPLE times throughout the year and they would happen in the middle of the night. Once it was at 3AM in winter and we had to stay outside for almost an hour. Other times it was more than an hour. I do not recommend this place for many reason and this is my honest opinion that I am entitled to.
