Great selection, staff are awesome, overall enjoyed the experience. Prices are high as usual, the merch and even many of the books are cheaper on Amazon, but the brick and mortar experience is worth the extra couple bucks in my opinion.

It is a very nice place to have a look of books you like and you can have coffee from Starbucks.

Great store to walk around and browse in. Take your time. So much to see!

Selection is less than it used to be, but I still love the atmosphere and they can order in what they don't have. They're dog friendly too, making it an ideal place to train and socialize my dogs as we wander around looking at books. Perfect location for an after work stroll on a rainy day :)

This store is full of incredible items. They have one of the largest bargain areas out of the Chapters/ indigo stores. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It's not your average book store. There are tons of household and outdoor items, tons of toys for the children at extremely low prices, and star bucks on site.

Hello, today me and the girlies went to the North London chapters to seek out your book selection. As we wondered the aisles the employee Diego asked if we needed any help. Of coarse we said yes because he had the most welcoming presence. He was very very helpful with finding our books. He also recommended some awesome romance books to us which we ended up purchasing. His recommendations included Love and Other Words by Christina Lauren, and Josh and Hazels Guide to Not Dating by Christina Lauren aswell. We had great laughs with him and had the best customer service experience. From yours truly, the girls who couldnt stop giggling. P.S I bought a cow stuffed animal and he was so cool we named him Diego. <3

Very busy on the weekend. So many gift items and books to choose from. Disappointed in the overpricing. A Dash mini waffle iron was $29.99. They can be purchased from $14.99 to $24.99 depending where you shop. That's a big price hike. $21.99 on Amazon. Wish they would stay reasonably priced. Also $24.99 for 4 throw away pens...yikes. $29.99 for a journal....yikes. Customer service is great though. Great place to spend time. Lots to see. Just know it's pricey.

As a Science and Nature lover, stock can be either hit or miss. However, I've been having good luck lately with the excellent variety of mystery novels as well as finding lots of gems in the clearance section.

Large store, well organized and stocked. Good place for kids to read and play. Books, magazines, toys, gifts, house stuffs,..... nice staff. Decent price. Quick check out. Large parking space.
