The limousine service was supposed to be a surprise for my girlfriend now fiance on July 11 2020. I had booked the service approximately two weeks earlier and paid my deposit. The limo was suppose to come at 3:45pm on July 11 around 4:30 p.m. the limo still didnt arrived so I thought they were late due to maybe traffic or a accident so I called and they told me they forgot. Finally when the limo did show up the driver looked very unprofessional and the company still charged me full price. The limo wasn't the greatest either one of the doors didn't work and issues with the radio anyway at the end of day I wouldn't waste my time or money with this company again and I do not recommend them.

We landed in YYZ to come and tour the city, ended up choosing this service from a recommendation from a great friend that lived here and ended up really liking the experience. The driver came in time, the car was clean and very comfortable. The driver has a great personality and the service came with a very great price, well worth what I spent. would recommend it to anyone coming into YYZ airport.

Rented white wedding limo from this company . Driver came on time ,very nice guy. But limo was old and dirty inside. Not very presentable for wedding .

Very Bad service. Hired them for a wedding and the wedding package was agreed upon. The A.C wasn;t working so we were all hot and sweating in the limo.. the whole bridal party in their suits and dresses, as well there was no beverages or champagne, no decor, even the lights werent working. He said it was a 14 person limo except 2 people had to sit on the floor even though it was only 10 of us. And then he didnt even offer to compensate for the service that was given. Very dissapointed and would defently not reccomend

Hired “Yol Limo” services for my birthday party, and was very satisfied with their service! 11/10 would recommend. The driver was very polite and knew great sight seeing attractions to take me and my friends. Definitely will be contacting to hire their services again sometime soon.
