This location didn’t properly train their new staff and my auto insurance was changed WITHOUT my permission or knowledge. Cost me almost double what I had expected. Money was automatically pulled from my account. This should be criminal. Currently this matter hasn’t been resolved, the manager was “in training” and unavailable. I will never deal with HUB insurance again. Also will be moving my house insurance to a new broker.Edit: The manager, Darryl Lee did reach out, first asking for “a few days” to look into the matter. After I said that was unacceptable he got back to me same day. but did not resolve this issue satisfactory. The money was not refunded, but placed on my 12 month payment plan. This money WAS withdrawn WITHOUT my consent EVER! Due to HUB’s error they authorized the wrong amount which MPI pulled. This was not my error and as I’ve said before I NEVER once authorized the amount withdrawn. HUB did take responsibility and apologize for the error they made.
