To begin, the receptionist is terrible. She is unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. I walked in and asked to book an appt for a later day in the week with Dr. Atalla. She explained that he only takes telephone appointments first then an in-person appt is booked if needed. She spoke to me as if I should've been aware of this already which I was not aware of because I don't visit the doctor very often. She also explained that because she's logging my health card that day, Dr. Atalla cannot call me a different day - he has to call me on that same day (again, in a very rude and condescending tone). I still went ahead with it and waited for a call which I didn't receive until the following day.Fast forward to the call, I explained to Dr. Atalla what my (mental) health concerns were and he very literally said that I have to deal with it because everyone has stress whether they're married or not, old or young, etc. Mental health is serious and it doesn't seem like Dr. Atalla genuinely cares. He never takes the time to understand or let you explain your concerns properly because he's always in a rush. If I try explaining in detail, he seems to just give a quick answer to just hurry me up and get me out of there as if attending to patients is not his job and as if he has better, more important things to be doing. Due to me feeling rushed, I feel pressured to summarize my concerns to speed up the process but by doing so, I cannot properly or fully express my issues. Dr. Atalla lacks compassion, patience and sympathy and I hate that it took me so many years before I realized how terrible of a doctor he is. Anyway, we wrapped up the call within a few minutes and it was not helpful whatsoever.I can go on but I'm sure those of you reading this get my point and I can confirm that the other low reviews for this clinic are very accurate. I absolutely do not, would not and will not ever recommend this clinic to anyone. The receptionist and Dr. Atalla should be ashamed of themselves and their service.

Dr Atalla on of the best Family Doctor in Brampton On. A good listener and will take care of you.

Dr. Attala is great. But my reason for giving one star is for the receptionists. They are rude and unprofessional, always yelling over the phone and in person. Two Indian women specifically (One with long hair wrapped in a bun & one wearing a head tie) they keep screaming at patients including myself over and over again every time we visit. If they ask you a question they don’t even give you a a chance to reply they just start yelling. NO PATIENCE!!! Next time I am complaining to the doctors!!!!They need to get fired!!!!!!!

First time going there. And the front staff is pleasant to deal with and Dr. A had such a great and trusting energy to her. I would recommend this place to any one looking for a warm/comfy environment.

Didn’t even get past the TERRIBLE, rude, totally unprofessional “secretary”. There’s no way I’m going to a clinic with staff like that…

Hello Dr. Attala. I just want to bring into your notice that your receptionists at the front are very very rude to the patients. They treat them like people are begging to them to see you. You are a great doctor but you will lose business because of these two women. The other one is also very cruel with people over the phone. Please pay attention to this and change your staff if you want to see patients in your clinic. I was the person who was recommending people about you and now I don't want to come to your clinic because of your rude staff. PLEASE BE SERIOUS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE TWO WOMEN.

It’s beyond me why this clinic has such low ratings.The doctor here is super competent. And the front desk staff is professional and they do a great job.Dr. Attalla is an amazing doctor. Very personable and listens to your concerns.

Honestly, this doctors office is so ridiculous very rude unprofessional people that work in that office. Also my first time ever hearing of a doctors office keeping a deposit when you have your health card.Every single experience I’ve had has been garbage.
