I went there looks like a nice park only I can’t get a hold anybody the number listed is not availableDoes anybody know how to get in contact with the part owner or manager

Well kept park. Everyone is friendly. Lots of places to go for a country walk.

Walking trail is beautiful.

It's beautiful. The vast lawns are well manicured but surrounded by the existing natural vegetation and woodlands. It's well kept, neat and clean. Most of the houses (trailers) are well spaced apart allowing for a measure of privacy although some of the original lots near the entrance are small. It feels like you're living up north.

Rocky Ridge Estates is a beautifully maintained, spacious mobile home park in the countryside on what was once a farm. It is located on a series of eskers...mounds of sand, gravel and larger field stones left behind a by the last retreating glaciers. It is surrounded by natural forests, fields and wetlands. There is also a spring fed pond in an out of the way corner.The old farm house still sits up on the hill over looking open fields where one can find deer, raccoons, skunks, coyotes and other smaller wildlife as well as an amazing assortment of birds as they pass through on their way north in late spring or south in late summer. One never knows what will show up at the bird feeders making this a great location for bird watchers.The property became the Canusa park where families came with their trailers to spend their summer holidays for years before new owners made it a four season (year round) mobile home community.The LaFarge Trail runs along the back edge of the property providing miles of hiking and nature walks.

New sites under construction are fabulousOlder units in park are older and some shaky but clearly the owner is investing and bringing the place up market

I went to Rocky Ridge Estates on Monday (May 10 2021) to get information because there is no other way to contact management. They have no website and no current phone numbers are published.I found the place and drove into dirt roads that are mud pits at this time of year. An old resident in a ramshackle cabin told me that the manager was around somewhere. I spoke with Laurie the superintendent and she gave me the owner's phone number. It is not my place to publish the owner's phone number. This is not a trailer park nor an RV park. It is a place to permanently park a manufactured home and pay high lot rent. You cannot bring in a manufactured home; you have to buy one of theirs. Their new homes are tiny vinyl boxes that they want 200K for. The place is definitely low scale with garbage bins and decrepit structures.

This park does not allow you to bring in your own trailer. You have to buy a new one from the parks affiliates, or hope that an old one that they have fixed up will be for sale. Manager was very pleasant.

Its a nice place. Except for the people.
