I love picking up our raw food here for our dog. They always have the cutest 4 legged furry helpers and the human staff is friendly and knowledgable.

This is an exceptional store with kind and incredibly knowledgeable staff . The team is never too busy to provide advice and to help me carefully select the right products for our dogs. They recognize that our pups are part of the family and I appreciate how much they care.

Very knowledgeable and super helpful staff. I will continue to shop there even though it is out of the way for me. It is so nice to feel the staff are motivated to offer the best advice for yourself and your pet while also demonstrating extensive knowledge.

First time in the store today. I have a very picky eater and the staff were amazing and helpful. The recommendations they made were spot on and my cat loves the food they recommended.

Wow...what an incredible staff. They knew my dogs name first and treated her like gold after one visit...they even remembered my name. They showed me the best food for my dog and have great treats and toys that my dog loves...6 stars if I could

I can't praise this place - or these girls...or their pups!! - enough.To be honest, I was checking out Tail Blazers before I even had a dog because we couldnt resist puppy Nigel. Now we have an excuse to keep coming ;P.The Shop:is ALWAYS in pristine condition. Everything is always fully stocked, faced, and organized/presented so flawlessly. For a small place they sure do hold a lot and since there are no bad products, they've got room for more quality foods/treats. I've never seen a treat table presented so beautifully-I love the blue vintage glass jars they put the treats in and great variety in treats. They give it all a good feel.... Omg and the picks of their favourite dogs.... Like how chapters does (Gabby's pick/Nigel's pick), I LOVE it!!!! Their initiative to create new and exciting things is refreshing and welcoming.When you take into consideration that it's all health food (no beggin strips, Purina, etc), it's truly amazing. Sometimes I feel bad because I'm already so indecisive and take so much time looking at - even researching some of the products.... But it's got to be appreciated. They take great care of the shop. It's honest to God complete perfection. With all the dogs that come in, it's a wonder how they keep things so clean.I haven't looked at the toys much but they have the most impressive selection of the loveliest and most unique leashes/collars /apparel Ive ever seen. They even have a collar with semi precious crystals in the order of the chakras to protect doggie!They also have a modern and clean area in the back for you to wash your pup! And a great selection and variety of health supplements (vitamins/treatments /etc) right up in the front.The staff :I love them all. Honestly. Leah... Alex..... These girls are ALL so lovely and friendly and welcoming. We love coming to see them. They're the perfect balance between knowledgeable, professional, fun, responsible, innovative, helpful, amusing and chill. Their genuine spirit reflects off their fur babies too.Nigel and Mary are hilarious and filled with love. Little Rollie pollies will waddle right into your lap for kisses. Can't forget Gabby's (Alex's little fashionista)-who you can usually spot a mile away as she's usually got some kind of colourful hair do. Gaby is the sweetest, smartest, most gentle girl. She may be quiet but her love is loud. Very mature, lovely soul. Could sit with her for hours and not get bored.I can't express this enough girls - thank you. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!! The tips for Billies fear aggression, the great chats, you've all helped us SO much. You work really hard and it shows. I wish you so much happiness and success - you deserve it!!All the best to ya. I have been shopping at Tail Blazers since January. From the first time I stepped into this store I felt welcome with my dog Charlie. Leah and her team have been amazing at helping me pick the best dog food to treats, toys and accessories. She has a network of professionals in the area and as a new resident of Oakville with a new puppy I am very grateful for.Today Leah helped me as we both walked my god to correct a behavioural issue. I highly recommend Tail Blazers Oakville to anyone wishing to have honest and professional service.
