Have used them for several years. Great service....a dry, warm and good place to store household goods...and easy access. Always good and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

I have been with these guys for 12 years. Fern was amazing, always polite.And Ian is just as amazing. I love this storage facility. They are accommodating and go out of their way to ensure you are happy with whatever changes you may need. Respect earns respect. That's how the world works.

Staff are always accommodating and helpful, the facility is very clean and fresh and payment is efficient. I never worry about the articles I have had stored there for years. It's always easy to get out my seasonal items and switch out what I've needed to store.

Very clean and modern. Convenient and secure. They have trollies and a small retail option if you need packing materials. The two loading bays make it convenient.

The operator for the Esquimalt location was EXTREMELY rude. I called 3 times and each time there was a lot of static on the line. She snapped that it was my phone and was grumpy on other fronts as well. Not a good face for the company, really turned me off!

Amateurs and badly managed. People on the phone at the Esquimalt location apparently have no idea when their business hours are and are apt to give out wrong information, and then not honour what they have said.
