I received a wrong diagnosis and for this reason I was going to invest a large amount of money in a part that was not the problem.

Really bad experience, he missed diagnosed the problem in my car kept putting parts that it didn’t need. He temporarily fixed the problem, a week later the same problem kept happening. I took the car back to him and he told that I had to pay for him to re diagnosed the same problem. He did not take any responsibility for his work. I would not recommend. Be careful.

For Toyota Sienna Tire change with all season wheels they charge $195.I have 4 winter tires on rims and he just change my old all season tires to new all season tires on second pair of rims.

First time in this shop for fixing a flat tire in a Sat morning with no appointment. Honest mechanic. No b.s. No selling. Got it fixed in 10 minutes. Will be back for auto service need in the future for sure.

PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS MECHANIC AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. I would give a negative rating if that was an option.I got an oil change done from this place back in November and I just asked the mechanic if he could check the brakes as well. After inspecting the vehicle, I was given a quote for the replacement of both brakes and rotors. 2 weeks later, I decided to get the brakes fixed . After waiting for 2 hours, I was told that the rotors were still in good shape and only the brakes were changed. When I drove the car for a month, I noticed that the brakes weren’t functioning properly still, so I went back and the mechanic said that nothing’s wrong. The car is good to drive. I drove it for next couple of months and by now the old issue was back - I could feel that the brakes were barely working, so I went back to him today. He said the car needs new rotors and brakes- I was told that I’ll have to pay another $400 to get my car fixed. I work from home and barely drive. The rotors and brakes need to be resolved after 10,000 km. I don’t do drifts and slam the brakes. How is that even possible ? Based on his inspection back in December, the car needed rotors which were never installed. He is scamming people by not fixing the issue at once. I paid $400 back in December just for the brakes ( I’ve the invoice on me ) and other mechanics gave me the same quote when I got my car inspected now . I’m no mechanic - I just asked him to fix whatever needed to be and I never even tried to bargain on the price or anything . Please don’t waste your hard earned money.

I recently needed my brake pads and rotors replaced on my Lexus and so I decided to visit this shop on the recommendation of my brother who couldn't stop raving about how good his experience was. He was every bit right!Not only is Morgan honest, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with, he is a fantastic and reliable mechanic who is more than fair with his prices. It is also very clear from the moment you walk in that quality and presentation are very important to him. His shop is very clean, organized and welcoming, which is very uncharacteristic of your typical local guy shop.I have found my permanent mechanic and couldn't say enough good things about my experience. Highly recommended.

Went there for AC checkup. My car was fairly new one. I was told condenser and compressor gone bad. Cost to fix is 1200bucks and 8 hours of work. Went to Canadian tire next day only to get it fixed for 200 to refill the gas within an hour. Not sure why was the diagnosis wrong.. But better to double check the problem before deciding.
