They could have good prices but as soon you do a return they stiff you. They find charges to take from your refund. It's been 2 months I returned a item, I have NOT yet seen my refund. They do not provide enough info on the items they sell.

Bought muffler from eBay but doesn't fit, bring it back and get refund less shipping. Easy.

I’ve been having the hardest time trying to receive a refund for a part I ordered from them off eBay. I was told they will get in touch with there eBay seller and call me back. So far no one has called me back. Then one person told me “global muffler does not exist” The first time I called the women had a bad attitude, the second and third time I called the men had attitudes.. I will never try to order anything from this place again. I recommended them to 8 different people before I had such a horrible experience with them. My mechanic ordered the wrong catalytic converter for my truck through EBay and after speaking with Farid at Global Muffler he advised me it was cheaper ( researched and it was) to have them send me a return label. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful , even though over 2 months had passed since the part was delivered. I would highly recommend using this company toanyone needing parts!

I cant blame you directly, but the ship from address is yours. I bought a product off Ebay from I believe a vendor perhaps. I received a damaged a slightly bang up box that was empty. Nicely contacted the seller and explained, (with photos) what can or should I do? they replied with this (((Dear buyer, I contacted UPS and according to UPS tracking information the package was delivered with a part inside the box. I can clearly see in the picture that the package is opened. When a package is empty UPS doesn't deliver the package they mark is as lost. So it clearly states that a package ( with a part inside it) was delivered to you.))) I know for a fact ups delivers empty and broken boxes, I have been shipping and receiving with them for 20+ years, my son also works for them. Instead of a simple solution of them making a claim with ups and resending me another one it has escalated. Sellers 100% satisfaction is BULL.

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Terrible products, terrible service. Welds are rushed and amateur. Converters came with wrong gaskets, stud holes drilled far to big so welds interfere with the nuts. The converters were shorter than stock and angles were off. I had to grind into the weld to install. O2 sensor ports were wrong to the point the sensor doesnt even go into the flow of the exhaust and caused brand new sensors to throw codes, once again had to cut and grind. They refuse to stand by there low quality products. Wanting me to pay return shipping for there mistakes, which i couldnt afford after paying them 300$.

Needed to replace the rear flex pipe for our 07 Santa Fe, and the dealer option was to replace the entire rear exhaust up to the cat converter, at ridiculous cost. Enter Global Muffler who removed and replaced the flex with a much sturdier one, at a fraction of the cost compared to the dealer option.

I needed a muffler for my 08 Honda Civic. I luckily found this place online. The person I met with was very polite and professional. The muffler fit as expected and sounds great. Price was very fair as well.
