Active Alignment Orthotics, Bracing & Foot Care

I was diagnosed with metatarsalgia along with toe splay.It is a painful condition that affects the nerves and metatarsal bones behind your toes on the ball of your foot. It’s often A result of an injury that has not healed properly so I’m told.I was prescribed custom orthotics.I was skeptical about how much impact these would have on my condition but was willing to try anything to alleviate the pain.I met with Jen at BlackCreek Physiotherapy.From the onset Jen was thorough, professional and helpful.Because the orthotics would take a few weeks to make. She modified my existing insole and provided me with a toe bind to offer temporary relief.When my custom insoles were completed and fitted, I could not believe the difference they made!It is night and day.It’s literally changed my life!Jen has given new meaning to the term“These boots were made for walking”For me... I have gotten my compression socks and orthotics from Active Alignment for the last couple years and always been happy. They helped with questions about my insurance provider, which was a pain to deal with. I was especially pleased with the COVID precautions they put in place this year.

I went to see Jennifer for orthotics on the recommendation of another health care provider after I was told elsewhere I needed surgery on my foot to take my pain away. She made me my first set of orthotics and my pain was gone. She is knowledgeable, efficient and so friendly. I now have a second pair for my gym shoes and can't believe I've worked out this long without the proper support for my feet. Funny how orthotics have excited me so much, but they have taken away pain and restrictions for me.
