Jetset Parking

No major problems. Had a bit of trouble finding where the shuttle picks up at the end of my trip and we couldn't get a hold of anyone to help direct us, so marked down one star for not being able to connect to customer service.

The service was quite slick but I wasn't keen about the valet parking. I'd rather park my own car and take my keys. Anyway, I left my car but when I returned, I found that they left the car in neutral with no handbrake on. It could have rolled into something or someone. Perhaps the drivers need more training on the basics of parking a car.

It was my first experience using Jetset parking and I can say it was amazing. The gentleman who works there at nightshift is very professional in his job and explains everything in the best possible way. He made the process very easy and fast for us. I highly recommend Jetset and I will defiantly use it again.

This used to be a decent and convenient service at the Vancouver airport. I haven’t used it since before Covid and gave it a try this morning early. Very disappointed. An exceptionally long walk in the rain to get from my car to the shuttle is definitely not appreciated. Then I was double charged for the service on my credit card. Now it will take two weeks to get the funds back. Annoying to say the least. Update: they’ve improved! Now you drop the vehicle off and they park it. No more walks in the rain. Thanks.

Great experience. I was worried from the other reviews but everything was simple, quick and there were staff to help if we had any questions on our arrival and departure. Would 10/10 recommend this service. Booking ahead is mandatory. Shuttle service was simple and frequent.

My second time to use this JetSet parking . Book on line and paid. Drive there, pull off engine, and give the key to customer service people, they will give you a barcode which is used to get your key when you are back. Shuttle bus to airport, on time. Good to try this service.

I used Jetset Parking for the first time before an international flight -- I had no problems. The only potentially confusing part is that you need to park your car in a lane and walk into the check in building, but it's explained online when you book the service.I checked in and out early in the morning (~3am) and there was always someone in the lobby that led me through the process of check in and out and told me where to catch the shuttle. Finding the shuttle wasn't hard at YVR since there are signs for it that redirect you, and I was told pick up was the same place where I was dropped off. The shuttle drivers I had were friendly -- the one at drop off asked me which airline I was taking and directed me on where to go after I got off.

Very quick and easy. Thanks for charging our car too.I'm not sure how all these people cannot find the pickup shuttle location. It's very clear.

I was served this morning (Feb 28th) by the kindest lady, whose name I believe was Cathy? She was super sweet and I can’t thank her enough for her helpfulness. The airport was run down with delays, and it was great to have a friendly face to greet you!

Even if your flight is cancelled and it is completely out of your control, they will not refund you your full amount. Better off using other parking options or using the terminal parking for slightly more. This is a money grab.
