Great staff, great product , convenient and within walking distance

Staff members are nice and courteous, no complaints there.However, there has been more than once they've been closed during posted business hours and today they had very little selection and many of the items posted on their menu weren't available which is frustrating. Lastly the prices are exorbitant compared to driving 30mins to Shannonville/Tyendinaga.TLDR; staff are nice, but the hours and stock are unreliable, and the prices are too high.

The staff member is super helpful and got me what I was looking for, plus I was able to snag this little guy.

Well to be brutally honest here. This dispensary is a joke.Very confusing trying to select a product. I was overcharged for a product that sells for 7$ less 20 mins down the road. Then when I told the employee about it he lowered my price like he did me a favor. The staff have basically no idea what they have for inventory. Also employees are lacking in product knowledge. Twice now I’ve asked for them to order a certain product that I like which was not available and as I went back a week later to see if maybe they did order in my request was told they just didn’t order it. I ended up driving from Madoc to havelock yesterday to pick up my weekly supplies as I am away for work during the week. This is a huge inconvenience for me now. If you are thinking of trying this place I would highly recommend not wasting your time.

Don't waste your time going here. On four separate occasions over two weeks there was a sign in the door saying back in ten minutes.... Disappointing to find after 20 minutes., No one returned so I proceed to a nearby location.After complaining to them I was only disappointed when I was sold the wrong item...
