Excellent service. Mike did all the work to find a portable document scanner, a Brother DS-940 DW. I've been a customer since 2010 and have no intention of going anywhere else for computer purchase or service.

Recently I was unable to access my computer at work. It seemed there was a password issue and I was locked out. When I called Computrek, the Service Agent I reached informed me they would remain on the line while addressing the issue. The Agent was polite, personable and very professional in every way. I appreciate computer support from Computrek, they are always available to support my computer needs whenever I call. I work remotely and often have no lead time to when things are just a little off. They are personable while being professional – they always do their best to explain the situation and never make me feel like it is something I have done.
