Gerrys Roofing reshingled our roof. The entire approach of this company is honest, open and transparent. The quote was thoroughly explained and was very competitive. The installation crew was thorough and respectful. I was totally impressed by the entire experience with Gerrys Roofing and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had Gerry's replace the old siding and insulate our near-century home in Hamilton. This was the first time we'd done anything like this and we are very happy with the process and the results!Right from the start we were impressed when we worked with Peter - an Estimator at Gerry's - on our project. He was patient, friendly and helpful and went out of his way to answer our questions, bring us samples, and overall made us feel very comfortable with the process. I'll just say this was _very_ different from our experiences with other siding businesses and one of main reasons we went with Gerry's. The quote was also very competitive so the decision was pretty straight forward.I also want to give a shout-out to Shawn and Jake, who installed our new siding. They were polite and friendly and it was nice having them around. They also alerted us to some of the things you find when working on a near-century home and took care to fix things as part of their work. (And they too answered the many questions we had and helped us understand the installation and techniques. Being our first time, this was also very appreciated). We have used Gerry's Roofing a few times, ie: siding, eavestroughs and roof. We would like to thank Norm and Josh, service technician, for their professionalism, knowledge and assistance with our questions and issue we had after our roof was installed. They went over and beyond and solved our issue, with our complete satisfaction! We had the great pleasure of having Gerry’s Roofing install windows, doors and sliding doors to the rectory of the church. The whole process from beginning to end was fantastic. From the initial consultation with Franco, who explained thoroughly what Gerry’s had to offer, he listened to our concerns and needs and answered the many questions that we had. The installation team of Alan and Fred did an amazing job, their expertise and attention to detail was nice to see. After the work was completed, Bernadette the Brand Ambassador paid a visit to see how everything went and to see if anything could be improved on. When it was all said and done, Joel the owner made a donation to the church, which was a very kind gesture. All in all the whole team from the top to the bottom from Gerry’s were great, they really do care about their customers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

After searching and talking to many siding companies, it was extremely clear to me that Gerry’s Roofing and Siding is the best in the game. Not only am I extremely happy with the work, I am beyond happy with the customer service. It is very evident that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Franco was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and provided us guidance with choosing the best material for our budget. The first interaction was very informative and low pressure. Greg was very reliable and followed up with us before and after our project was completed. Crew was quick and kind and left everything clean and tidy. I cannot say enough good things about them and our entire experience from start to finish. Gerry’s roofing did our roof, siding, fascia, soffits and eaves troughs over 15 years ago. Excellent work installing for us. Twice this past year we needed a repair as a result of wind, and both were completed professionally and thoroughly by Norm and Josh. Took time to check the entire house to make sure there were no other issues and showed us exactly how they had made the fixes. Confidently recommend Gerry’s Roofing.

After researching online and asking for recommendations from friends, I found Gerry’s Roofing. Their sales representative, Cosimo, came over to my home. He explained the company, the quality of the materials they used, the process of getting the roof redone, what I could expect from his team and what the contract covered.Not only was the presentation professional, but the full roofing experience was executed just as he explained; from the quality job of labour and materials, the project management review of the work to the follow up from their wrap-up team.The day before the roof was replaced Kyle, the team lead, came by to look over the site and make sure he was prepared for the next day’s work. He & his team did a great job. The project took two days to complete and they kept my yard so tidy and well protected. The roof is very striking. Every time I drive up to my home it makes me smile how lovely it looks. Additionally, I feel secure in the roof that’s covering my home and my family.I wanted a professional company to take care of my roof without any issues, so I purposely sought out a solid, reputable company like Gerry’s. When the few challenges that did come up, the customer service experience given from every department (sales, project management, construction, accounting, reception and the owner) was top notch. There’s clearly a deep company culture of customer service excellence. I was very impressed with every employee at this company.

Gerry's just finished our roof, it looks amazing. We have had Gerry's do work on our home before and it was always well done. I would like to especially thank the workers Dan, Jacob, and Doug who worked so hard in extreme heat. Job well done. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

It has been a year since. In 2021 we had a very bad windstorm around Christmas. Winds were around 80- 90 km or more. We called Gerry's Roofing and Siding . Franco from Gerry's came and looked at the damage and he sent workers to repair it before the new year. They replaced a few rows of shingles off of the top and most of the ridge cap. The repair held out until spring of 2022 when they replaced the entire roof and did an excellent job and cleanup. Franco was very helpful. And the roofing crew did an excellent job. In my youth, I roofed with my father and know the trade first hand. I would recommend Gerry's Roofing and Siding highly.

We had a really great experience with Gerry’s Roofing. From our initial contact with Jason to the final inspection by George the entire team was helpful and considerate.For context we are first time home owners who knew going into our house purchase that we would need work done replacing and repairing our roof. The team at Gerry’s were patient with us as we were living in the chaos of buying our first home. They were responsive, professional, and took pride in their work. George who was the project supervisor walked us through everything that would happen and made sure that we were all set. There was a team of four who did the work on the roof- Clyde, Freddy, Brandon and Paul. The days they were here they made sure things were cleaned and organized at the end of the day and were professional the entire time (I work from home but the roofing did not effect anything). When the job was complete everything was back to way it was around the house and probably even a little better.I recommend using Gerry’s if you need any of their services and I’m very glad that we used them for our roof.
