Right from the beginning we felt very comfortable with starting our project with Kitchens Plus. Courtney worked with us to design a kitchen that was both functional and gorgeous. Darcie did a great job organizing all the trades people and the job went smoothly. The installers were all courteous, friendly and prompt. We were always kept well informed of what the plan was and how and when it would move forward. If we ever have another kitchen project we wouldn’t hesitate to call Kitchen Plus. We would strongly recommend Kitchen Plus to anyone looking at doing a new kitchen reno.

I have the kitchen of my dreams… thanks to the folks at Kitchens Plus! My husband and I invested a lot of time researching and meeting various contractors to do our full kitchen remodel. We chose Kitchens Plus over the rest because from the very first contact, the owner and staff response time was quick, friendly, accommodating, and inviting. There were no aggressive sales pitches or trying to convince us of anything - they simply treated us as important customers. The overall quote wasn’t the lowest nor the highest of the ones we got, but it was the most thorough and detailed. Our meetings and dealings with everyone on the K+ team was superior: from working with the owner, Dustin, designer Courtney, salesperson Ian, installer Luke, project manager Darcie, countertop expert Ben, and the various tradespeople - especially the tile master Carlo! (Seriously, Carlo is one of the best tile artisans we’ve ever met!) We were assured by Dustin that the K+ team would make the process as smooth and perfect as can be, and that they wouldn’t consider the job complete until we were absolutely satisfied. Dustin kept his word on that lofty promise so far. While we had several unfortunate setbacks and installation errors and complications, Dustin took care of the corrections and repairs swiftly. Even when we had to get someone in to fix a plumbing mix-up, he covered all our costs. We also experienced a setback with our ceiling pot lights, and we are in the process of having them reinstalled along with any ceiling drywall repairs as a result. Dustin is arranging for his electrician and drywall team to do the job at no extra cost at all. *I’ll report back on this review when that job is complete.* We love our kitchen so much, and anyone who sees it marvels at the incredible design, attention to detail, and beautiful products. We’re still in awe each time we enter our kitchen!

We are incredibly pleased with our new custom kitchen from Kitchen Plus! The reliable and professional service that was offered exceeded our expectations. We stepped outside the box opting for a more modern feel and Courtney (Designer at Kitchen Plus) came through by guiding us step by step through the design process to ensure the vision we had in mind for our custom kitchen was met. All the people we dealt with at Kitchen's Plus were very helpful and professional. Whether I was dealing with Courtney, Dustin, Luke or Carlo, they all knew what role they had in working on my kitchen. We had a few issues during the renovation, but all the issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Overall I'm very happy with my beautiful space! I would recommend them.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Kitchen's Plus and we were really pleased with the work completed. Everyone was helpful, considerate and professional, from Courtney who creatively and patiently worked with us in designing some unique spaces, to Darcie who kept us up to date on timelines, budget ,contractors and addressing any concerns, to Dustin and the contractors who did a great job and were respectful of our home. .

When we first started our Kitchen Reno and met with Courtney it was great she listened to everything we were looking for in a kitchen and we loved the design. Then it went completely down hill from there. Our start date was delayed three times. Demo guys were good they were done in a day and left our space clean. Then their electrician Jordan Fast came in what a nightmare that was he was delayed as well starting and left a complete mess behind. He did not even finish the work we had to get another electrician to complete the job for us he was a now show in the day our stove was to be hooked back up (which we were without for 5 weeks) I could go on and on about how awful this whole process was but I will just make a few points that were most frustrating.Project coordinator Darcy did not seem like she knew what was going on most times and never really listened when I tried addressing concerns kind for just brushed things off. We never knew if they were going to be there or not it was always changing, we wouldn’t know some days until we got home that nothing was done. There was a three week period where nothing at all was done we had the shells of the base cabinets and shells of cabinets squished in the corner of our kitchen. As you can see in some of the pictures the quality of work was poor. Completely unorganized, frustrating and the finished product has so many flaws in it. A lot of these five star reviews can not be from customers and most look like they are from when the original owners. If I could give 0 stars I would.

From the moment we walked into the shop on Portage Avenue we felt listened to and very comfortable. The approach of the company is to find what works best for the customer and keeping the costs within our budget. We never felt pushed to do anything we did not want. Kitchens plus took the time to meet our needs and add beautiful..unique qualities into our kitchen. Courtney and Dustin were just fabulous to work with. Ian our installer was so professional and so lovely to have in our home. The whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal! When we had trouble with one of the cupboard doors it was immediately addressed and fixed. They added some beautiful features such as a dropped wooden counter top...a wine rack on the end of our cupboards...a small sliding broom closet for easy pull out. We would highly recommend this company! Lovely people...a beautiful experience. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience using Kitchens Plus from start to finish for my bar install. Courtney drew my dream to life and helped with my finish choices. The installers were top drawer. When I wanted a switch moved it was done without delay. Everything is top quality and locally made which was important to me. I’m thrilled with my results! I highly recommend this team!

My husband and I were impressed with KitchenPlus right from the beginning, Dustin answered our email and within a few days he was out looking at our old kitchen and seeing what our vision was for our new kitchen. It was a big project removing a wall , changing the configuration of our space and adding a large sit at island. Dustin was open minded, reassuring that we would have our dream kitchen, I can’t say enough about how amazing the team is, from Courtney listening to our ideas, wants and needs and designing more then what we ever imagined. Darcie the project coordinator was awesome she be sure everything was happening when it should with every detail of our kitchen. Whenever there was a problem they were quick to get on it and fix it making sure we were always in the loop and happy. We are more then happy we decided to go with Kitchen Plus, we can’t say enough about this awesome team, we absolutely, 100%, over the moon love our new kitchen and would do it again.Thanks again Dustin, Courtney, Darcie and Luke and they other guys we got to know along our journey.
