The Bronte Boathouse
Beautiful restaurant with plenty of outdoor patio space. We sat at a table in the outdoor patio and enjoyed having lunch with a nice view of the marina.Service was good and food came out fairly quickly.The fish and chips were great along with the crab cakes. So, seafood was a definitely plus.My Cobb salad on the other hand would have been great except for the chicken which was dry and hard as a rock. Don’t recommend that you order that.Overall a nice place to visit but food seems to be hit and miss.

The Bronte Boathouse
They were very helpful accommodating a big group. The service was attentive, friendly and helpful. The food however was a disappointment. My salad has great promise but was swimming in dressing. My mother-in-law’s lobster and shrimp roll was mediocre as the seafood was overcooked. The hot meals weren’t very hot. My daughter did like the veggie pizza however.

I went mainly for the patio experience and the atmosphere. But I was so glad that the food was so delicious. I highly recommend the Chicken Piccata. The service was great too, super friendly and attentive!

What a great restaurant offering fine dining with ample portions and presentation of plated food. The taste is extremely fresh and cooked to perfection and served hot. The atmosphere is casual but comfortable with a nautical theme decor. Highly recommend

The Bronte Boathouse
The food is bland. Zero taste. Actually had to ask for salt to add to my Mac and cheese. I have never had to add salt to a basic Mac and cheese. The green goddess dip is hilarious. Serves with 4 pieces of bread and a bunch of shaved cucumber and carrots and random sliced lettuce. The service was good. Took a while to get the food out. The chill, comfortable vibe it is portrayed on the web is not what this place actually is.

Nice ambiance and awesome outdoor patio overlooking the water snd row of boats waiting to be taken out in the open water. It really makes you wanna sit and take in the surrounding while you enjoy the food. The food delicious and well made.

The Bronte Boathouse
We really enjoyed our lunch there. Weather was perfectly sunny and food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We ordered dynamite rolls, cauliflower bites, halumi wrap with sweet potato fries and shrimp dumplings. Food was flavourful and view was amazing. Service was prompt and attentive. Can't wait to go again next year.

With stellar views across the Bronte Harbour/lake, @bronteboathouse serves up great haddock and chips. We tried Kashmiri Salmon served over a bed of rice which was just meh but loved the sushi and fish n chips.
