Good service I even seen, take almost one hour to fix my bicycle,only charged material $10,labor cost is free.

Great place, great staff, sadly financing wasn't an option so I had to shop elsewhere. After a test drive me and the staff didn't think of my driving license, one of the employee came to my address to give it back, you're the mvp, sorry I didn't catch your name. I recommend this shop

So I bought a new bike from this store on may 9 2020 today I went back to the store to buy a new seat cause I didn't like the one I have. I waited outside for an hour with my 5 year old. When it came our turn to enter the store we were told we could not go in to get the seat and to call and make an appointment. Then the employee turned to the woman behind me and helped her instead. Even after pointing out that I just bought a bike i was still sent away.

I was there to buy some accessories, the people behind the counter didn't even say hi.... I waited for about about 15 minutes to pay but I was fully ignored, the guy behind the counter was very mean. I left and didn't buy nothing, has a customer i received the worst service ever. I thought of coming back to get one of there nice bikes, but after the horrible service I will recommend people to go else where.....I will never go back to o this place! If I am not wrong it was the owner who was there, instead of helping je was making comments behind his computer, I was disgusted..... He said he had no time to have me pay...I thought the priority of a buisnnes was there clients but not in this place.... don't loose your time going here if you specs some service .....
