The challenge of getting a pool during Covid was answered by Custom Leisurescapes. We purchased the pool online well aware of the supply chain challenges inflicted due to COVID. Received our pool and had a missing part - one call and resolved that day. Any issues or questions we had with pool were addressed professionally and timely. Will recommend them to family and friends for sure!

From our first visit to installation was a wonderful experience. Heather was/is amazing to deal with. Friendly & personable in answering all our questions.Looking forward to our next trip to Stratford which will include a visit to Custom Leisurescapes for supplies.

Very RUDE staff. Complete lack of communication between sales staff & scheduling our pool installation. Also didn't help when the contracted installer had been given the wrong phone number for us. I told them how unimpressed I was. Next day we get this email This email is to inform you that we will not be moving forward with you as a customer. Your deposit on the 15' above ground is being refunded and our services will be terminated. This decision was made by our management team

We are here at the store at 8:45 waiting for store opening at 9:00. The parking lot has a few other cars also waiting. At 8:55 my husband gets out and stands at the store entrance. At 9:05 a lady gets out of the car beside me and opens the store. This lady was parked beside us for the whole 15 minutes waiting to commence her job at 9:00 (she started at 9:05).My rant isn’t about expecting someone to start earlier than required it’s more about customer service. In this case customers were left waiting while the clerk sat in her car. It was as if the clerk didn’t care. This is poor customer service. Given there are 2 other pool companies within the immediate area I would think that there would be an competitive attitude towards providing superior customer service. They didn’t have the part we were looking for so we took our business down the street.

Bad communication and rude man trying to line up for installation. Waiting for installer to come and not show up. Very disappointed!!!! And still waiting on the pool we were told was going to be one of the first ones installed this year. Very nice ladies at the store.

Wow! What can I say other than AWESOME!!! We had a pool installed this year by Steve and his crew. We had tossed around the idea for a couple of years and decided to bite the bullet so our kids could grow up in our backyard. Custom Pool and Spa built us the Backyard of our dreams. Steve was very upfront thru the entire process. We had some ideas that he knew in the end we would not be happy with. We decided to take his advise on the size and the shape which was nothing like what we had initially wanted and we couldn't be happier!Fast forward to 2 weekends ago... We took our water into the store to be tested before having them close our pool. The ladies in the store are great! They take all the time we need to explain all the chemicals and equipment.We got looking at hot tubs while we were there and ended up buying a Bullfrog hot tub from Missy. She was great! We cant wait to have our tub delivered at the end of the month!Thank you Custom Pool and Spa for the amazing experiences with our pool install and our surprise spir of the moment hot tub purchase! You guys are top notch!!!-

I was immediately greeted up arrival and asked if I required any help. We have purchased our spa from this facility and I was in to pick up some supplies today. They were able to bring up my history on my account and sell me exactly what I required. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Very thorough chemical analysis. My pool has never been this clear.

Bought our bullfrog hot tub here. The beat prices elsewhere and they have lived up to their warranty as we had a small leak. Excellent service!
