Great modern furniture from EQ3 at a fraction of the retail price. Plenty of pieces that are selling in their retail store show up at the warehouse for 30-70% off. You'll need a truck since there are no delivery options and nothing in the warehouse is warrantied. Last but not least - everything is final sale.

500 bucks for a damaged coffee table, but wait, it was marked down from 900...Pricing is as sketchy as Victorian surgery...Stairwell great for echos

We had moved and dismantled our old EQ3 simple bed (which is no longer manufactured) and lost a few parts in the process. We had searched online and locally for the parts and were thinking to give up when we decided to reach out to EQ3 directly to see if maybe, just maybe they had extra parts for that bed stowed away somewhere. So glad we reached out! They provided us with the long lost manuals and they had the parts we needed which they shipped to us in Toronto (for a fee). So glad we reached out to them. We'll get a few more good years out of that bed. :) Thank you EQ3 team!

Looked online and it showed that the Outlet store was open. I arrived (along with two other shoppers) to find it was closed. There was an employee outside who told us it was closed. I was disappointed that I literally drove 20 minutes to find this shop closed. Someone need to update their site. This was Oct 28th (big opening day for new main store at Polo). So checked today and still website does not show this shop is CLOSED.

Love EQ3? This place offers their furniture at extremely reduced prices. Will be getting more there and highly recommend it. There is new boxes items too which surprised me; not just floor models.

Odd hours - check to make sure they're open before you go! Great place to shop for furniture though and they get shipments in every week.

Great furniture at some friendlier prices. Some items are slightly damaged, but that's why they're discounted. I always recommend the outlet as a first stop to friends who are looking to buy some furniture.

Our experience is with EQ3 ‘s quality of product or should I say lack of quality! We purchased an Eve sofa and were assured about quality and no sag in cushions because of quality high resilience foam insert! We went ahead with purchase and regret the purchase! Cushions have to be removed from sofa, cover unzipped and plumped daily or they look terrible! Sofa is only about one year old. After the hours we spent researching and testing sofas I hope this helps anyone else on the sofa hunt!

Some really good finds here! Very unique designs, make sure you check it out often as inventory changes frequently. Staff are very willing to help. They have a Facebook page that often has a lot of inventory stock.

Bought a couch + delivery. Delivery guy was supposed to call on Monday and never did. Since the warehouse is only open Thursday-Sunday I had no one to call to find out what was going on for several days. Called Thursday and was told I would be contacted by the delivery guy today. Haven't heard back... I did get a really good deal on a nice EQ3 couch which I am very happy about. I guess that's what you get for buying the couch on sale. Still though, considering delivery is an extra $100, it's rather unprofessional.
