I'm so glad I found Med Supplies. Abdullah was incredibly kind and helpful. He found the product I needed when I couldn't find it anywhere else and had it ready for me when I arrived. He and his colleague later set up regular deliveries, navigated AADL for me, explained everything to me very clearly, and were super patient with my occasional confusion. I highly recommend Med Supplies; I'll be going to them for all my future needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Med Supplies for both a wheelchair rental and the purchase of a wheelchair cushion and shower chair. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team at Med Supplies was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping me navigate the funding resources available to me. They made the process of renting a wheelchair seamless and stress-free. The wheelchair itself was in great condition and met all of my needs.In addition to the rental service, I also purchased a wheelchair cushion and shower chair from Med Supplies. Both items were of excellent quality and have greatly improved my comfort and mobility. The pricing was very reasonable and I appreciate that they offered a variety of options to choose from.Overall, I highly recommend Med Supplies for anyone in need of mobility equipment. Their customer service is top-notch, their products are of high quality, and they make the process of obtaining equipment easy and affordable.

Moe (who I believe is the proprietor) was patient, professional and ethical in his dealings. Being open on Saturday’s and Sundays is a true service to those in need of Moe’s expertise in Edmonton. Highly recommended for all things available at Med Supplies. We were in need of some mobility assistance equipment and Moe set us on the exact path we needed to travel.

My sister Annette (visiting from Regina) and I went in to rent a wheel chair for our 91 year old mother to take her out shopping for clothes as she hasn’t been in a store since way before Covid began! Right from the start we were treated with respect! Both Abdullah and Moe were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely rent from them again in the future!

Moe was helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly!! The process of renting a knee board for my son was explained clearly to me and the process was quick and easy! He genuinely seems to care about customers and I was impressed by how he spoke with the client ahead of me who had to return items due to his mother passing. He showed compassion and helped him return with ease, even at a loss in money to himself.Would definitely recommend!

Med Supplies Store, conveniently located across the street from the Royal Alex, is amazing. After my mother had surgery for a badly broken wrist, my nephew zipped in and got a walker and a toilet safety frame from them. Both items were like new and were perfect. Living out of town, I was unable to get into Edm to return items on the exact day rental was over. Mo was very kind and extended a couple courtesy days. When I returned Abdulla was so nice and very helpful with advice about another disability item I needed. These people went above and beyond with kindness and amazing customer service at a time when we were already stressed out. Note (because we didn’t) if you decide you need the rental item forever, give them a call. They are more than willing to work something out so you can purchase it. Would have saved myself about 3 hrs of driving time and a frustrating hour of dismantling rental and installing new one. Especially since I liked their product better. Thanks again, Med Supplies !

Very welcoming and informative. We went in to rent a Walker for my mom to see if she would use it. They had no rentals left so he gave us a brand new one on rental. Highly recommend this company for all your ADL needs.

I was very happy with the service supplied by MedSupplies. I was looking for a repair on a power lift on a weekend, but when they couldn't help me with that they offered to rent me a hoyer lift at a reduced charge and even stayed beyond closing time so I could come and pick it up. They helped me out of a real jam and I would recommend their services 100%.

Moe and Abdullah were incredibly kind and professional. I'm really glad they offer crutches for rental at a reasonable price when I needed it for emergency. I returned the crutches 1 day late (it was my own fault). Moe was understanding and waived the deposit fee. He didn't have to do that, so I'm really grateful. They seem like an honest business. Highly recommend!
