Had to get a Baruim swallow done. The nurse and Dr. were absolutely wonderful. As far as tests go, it's easy and I was in and out in a half-hour. My family doctor called me with my results from my xray shortly after.

Quick wait time and great service.Came for a walk-in X-ray and the technician was informative and friendly.I was in and out within 20 minutes (came in the afternoon). I would recommend coming here for your X-ray.

My appointment was cancelled because my doctor in Niagara Falls wanted to fax my requisition. Unless I brought it a paper copy they would not book my appointment. The receptionist was very rude about it. I booked my appointment elsewhere.Reply to the owner: I agree it seems unlikely as it should not happen. The receptionist stated that they often don't receive the faxed requisition and unless I had a hard copy she couldn't book my appointment. I told her my doctor is 45 mins away, but that didn't change anything. It was not miscommunication, these were her words to me.

The receptionist I spoke to over the phone was dismissive, entirely unhelpful, and condescending. I can't even believe that someone would speak to another person that way, let alone someone seeking diagnostic imaging services (this is healthcare) . Just because someone doesn't know how the system works doesn't give you any sort of permission to be callous and disgusting.

Fast and attentive staff - after multiple visits I never had to wait more than 5mins upon arriving for an appointment. There is a waiting room with seating, a TV and easily adjacent paid parking at the rear of the building.

Horrible service they think because they are a private clinic that they do not have treat you in a proper manner. Waited over 6 month s for an appointment
