André was amazing with helping me buy my first home. He helped me get set up with a lender, inspection, and plenty of contacts in the area for any home improvements. Met Andre in late November of '21.Spent time viewing properties (initial meeting). He was prepared with a list of properties to view, on time and focused. He quickly understood what I was looking for which was helpful given that I was living out of town.Soon after Andre identified a property in line with what I was looking for that had just been listed. He sent me a message to that effect. My reply was that I couldn't get into town until the following week. I believe my comment to him was I'll get excited IF it's still there when I arrive in town."I arrived in town the following week
