Ravdeep helped me set up a pay as you go plan for my dad. He was able to switch his old home phone number to the iPhone I brought in and was nothing but helpful and kind. He was friendly, polite and made the hassle of getting a phone surprisingly easy and pleasant. I hope his supervisors take notice of a great employee!

A couple of months ago I went to Garden City location to get a new phone. I was dreading the upgrade and nervous about losing data from my old phone. Very quickly Ravi put my fears to rest. My wife and I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received here from an employee named Karrina. We were trying to finalize a transfer of our accounts to different type of plan and had spent hours on the phone or dealing with staff at other Bell MTS stores. We were so lucky to finally find Karrina. She was patient in answering our questions and determined to help us find a solution. She advocated for us in communications with colleagues at Bell HQ and spent well over an hour helping to get everything set up in the way we had been promised. She helped guide us through a process that had been very stressful to that point. We will now be customers of this location going forward, even though we live on the other side of town. My husband and I were having a difficult time getting new phones set-up with a different Bell store and decided to drive out to the Garden City location. The staff at the Garden City location went above and beyond to help us out. We had a unique situation which required persistence and patience to solve, and the customer service we received at this store was excellent. In particular I would like to recognize Karrina, who went to bat for us and spent a considerable amount of time problem solving to help us out. The employees at this branch are very knowledgeable and up to date with the policies and procedures of the company. We will definitely be making the trip back to this location if we have any issues in the future.

Worst provider I've seen, Canadians deserve better. Unless you're happy with an erratic and an unreliable home connection as Bell MTS. If you call their customer service, they keep telling you it's not their fault their service has been abysmal, and you have to deal with it.My God even some developing countries have better services.

My father needed his prepaid phone transferred to Bell. I was getting the run around from grant park MTS after many phone calls I went to garden city MTS and the service provided to my by Ravdeep Brar was exceptional. I recommend going to this location for anyone who needs their help.
