These guys are horrible. Mislead and fraudulently sell products but deliver a cheaper version than promised. After they collect your money AND LIE TO YOU they won't make it right. Chances are they knew the whole time they are fraudulently selling you the wrong product. But even if it was an accident, it is not okay to illegally sell the wrong product and do nothing about it.

I mean, just read the other reviews. It speaks volumes. This is a complete sham. I placed an order in November and one in January. Both were cancelled for being out of stock". When I contacted them after the second cancelled order they claimed that they were having technical issues between their inventory systems and the website. Guess it's been a major issue to have lasted two months.All signs point to click bait and false advertising. Don't waste your time."

Original Review: Even with a high rating, it seems like most of the positive reviews are fake. Whereas there are some disturbing negative reviews. I took a chance since it was a pretty decent deal for the product I purchased. I received a differently spec’ed product than advertised. Contacted them about it and was ghosted. Wouldn’t have bought it if I knew what I really received. But going to try and make it work.Update:Your reply to my review is bogus. I told you I was buying the oven for a food truck I was going to be building over the next 6 months. The invoice has the specs explicitly listed on them and they were WRONG specs. Seriously, the invoice was printed and taped on the oven and had completely incorrect specs as advertised. I’m left with about half the BTUS. And the oven advertised was worth more than what I got, significantly. My mechanical guy set everything up according to the specs explicitly listed on the invoice sheet. Once we finalized the truck, we learned that the specs your company listed was wrong. I contacted you about it and no response. Clearly the strategy at this company is to blame the customer when it’s your mistake. Pretty horrendous on multiple fronts.

Where do I even start, bought equipment from these guys for new business and broke down on me after few months.asked for replacement part and they claimed it had been sent, asked for a tracking number and was met with lies claiming that it had been shipped already.Horrible customer support and even worse service support, heard lies and lies after hours on the phone and on text. I recommend people steer farrr away from this company and look other places.

Would give 0 stars if an option, just read the other reviews. Horrible customer service bought brand new equipment for our new business and the cooler broke down 10 months after installation.No service support after fake promises over the phone and numerous texts from the company. Been requesting a tracking number for sent parts" and was met with lies and them saying it has already been shipped.I encourage anyone thinking about giving these guys their business to look somewhere else. Highly Disappointed!"

This is the best warehouses for equipment their product's are the best i orderd equipment 2 years ago and they still work perfectly and i also came today to buy more equipment and suleman was very nice to us and helped us with everything if you need to buy equipment for your restaurant this is the go to place
