Absolutely horrible window cleaners. They recently did our tower, and they literally made the windows far more filthy than what they originally were like. They didn't clean anything, All they did was make a mess, do a fast sloppy job and leave. Highly DO NOT recommend them for tower jobs.

Horrible unprofessional company. Do not hire them. They make false allegations and refuse to complete their contract work.

Very well-established exterior building maintenance company that gets the job done efficiently and safely. Owners and managers with decades of industry experience who know how to handle the biggest and tallest buildings. The Operations Manager is clearly very hard-working and attentive to the important details. I would be pressed to find a better building maintenance company than Champion, especially considering all the inexperienced companies in the city who under-quote jobs resulting in under-paid and inexperienced employees who are unable to get the job done properly or safely. If you want an exterior building maintenance service that stems from decades of industry experience, hire Champion.

Did sloppy work on my windows by leaving soap streaks. Giving me the run around with re doing it. I don't recommend them for strata cleaning projects.

Champion does high quality work, are professional to deal with and are very responsive. They are leaders in the industry for a reason! I would recommend Champion for your window cleaning, pressure washing or exterior cleaning needs!

Champion was contracted to clean our parkade, dryer vents, and windows for our highrise development. They made several errors that leads me to believe that they are an inexperienced company, including the following:1) They scheduled the cleaning of the resident parking stalls on the same day as the visitor parking stalls. No experienced cleaning company would do this, as they would know that the residents need somewhere to park while their stalls are being cleaned. The notice said that residents must relocate their cars on the date specified, but did not say they could not park in the visitor stalls. Still unsure as to where Champion expected everyone to park, as there is limited street parking in the area. As a result, Champion did not clean the visitor parking and refused to come back to rectify their mistake in scheduling.2) In many instances instead of cleaning the exterior dryer vent where there is lint buildup, they cleaned the exterior bathroom fan vent where there is zero lint or buildup to be cleaned. A professional company should know better. Many residents, frustrated at the experience, ended up cleaning their own vents. When they cleaned the interior of the dryer vent they blew out the lint from the dryer with compressed air and left a mess for residents to clean up on their own, again.3) After point #2, Champion claimed that there were residents getting upset due to the lint mess that was being left. Instead of working this out with the property manager, they instead decided to not start the window cleaning as they were contracted to start in June. Weeks went by with residents wondering what was going on, until eventually Champion rescheduled the window cleaning starting early August, which left residents with dirty windows for a good portion of the Summer. When August finally came around, Champion then decided that they no longer wanted to work on the building due to some of their technicians not wanting to return to the building, and they canceled the contract without any consultation with the property manager. At this point it was too late for the property manager to hire another company, when this might have been possible if Champion informed the property manager in June that they were pulling off the project.Champion will claim that our building's residents were abusive" to their technicians due to the mess left from the interior dryer vent cleaning

sloppy unprofessional work. It's important to leave the windows cleaner than when you started. Soap streaks, soap and water loaded window sills do not make for clean windows.Try elsewhere.
