Total Moving helped me move a one bedroom apartment. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. We had to make an extra stop to pick up a few items of furniture and that was no problem for them. They handled all items with care and made sure all my moving needs were met at the end of the process. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

Total Moving team helped me with packing, disassembling/assembling and moving. The team worked fast and packed everything very well. It was easy to unpack and nothing was damaged. They behaved professionally and politely. I highly recommend this company's service.

Colby from the Total Moving team made the pre-move process super smooth with clear communication and being really responsive. I appreciated and respected the transparency around my initial quote and helpful tips to ensure all everything was packed correctly, so that my final total would be less than or right on my quote which it was!Moving team were professionals, friendly, and careful with everything. Super trustworthy - I did not have time to be around, so upon arrival to begin the move, I left them the keys and got them back at my new spot. When I returned to my old spot, I found it to be clean with no damages. They treated everything like their own with respect which you don't find with other moving teams.Nothing but appreciation and respect for these fellas, strongly recommend!

Total Moving provided an exceptional moving experience. Elijah, Nic and Nolan were amazing help on the day of my move. They arrived on time, and were friendly, communicative, and professional throughout the entire move. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and care of my belongings. I highly recommend Total Moving to anyone looking to ease the stress of moving.

I was pleased with the service offered and the availability to move on a Saturday. The movers arrived on time and completed the move very close to the estimated amount. I would have wished they use a carpet runner and furniture pads while moving inside the house but overall I would recommend for the value.

Unfortunately I had to leave this review after Total Moving refused to take responsibility for a broken bed frame. It's not about the money I feel I am owed, but how the whole claim process was dealt with, and ultimately their decision to deny they are at fault. 3 young movers completely disassembled 3 bed frames, which was completely unnecessary, and resulted in much more time taken to complete the move. 2 bedroom apartment took 5.5 hours to move, and the new apartment was only blocks away. 11 screws leftover after beds were reassembled and upon laying on my bed for the first time after they left, the frame broke off from the bed frame. I made a damage claim to which no one responded to my multiple inquiries of asking for an update. Finally they come back after nearly 2 weeks saying they are denying responsibility. They don't feel they're being unfair, I disagree. The move took longer than it should have and much of that time was spent on disassembling and reassembling the bed frames. A single, double and a queen. We aren't talking about king oversized beds here. They are taking the word of their movers when saying they had no issues with beds and deny responsibility for assembling incorrectly. The beds had to be taken apart again when reassembled because parts were mismatched, which I pointed out, and again, 11 screws left over! But no, not their fault. Bed was also only 10 months old, so not old and worn out. Also, just to note ..broken plants during the move, chips in floor, and other two beds had to have all screws tightened as they weren't assembled properly either. Will not be using Total Moving again.

Had a great experience with Total Moving. I was moving from a very large 3 story heritage home with endless amounts of stairs and large, heavy awkward items including a piano. The move team was fantastic! Lots of fun and super hard working. They took great care with all my furniture pieces, and set everything up exactly how I wanted at my new home. Reasonably priced and worth every penny!

Wasn’t gonna leave a detailed review but hired Total Moving approximately 4 months ago and we had recently helped a friend move with another company with a drastically different experience. In comparison, Total Moving’s moving crew assigned to our move was not that professional and a bit upsetting upon review for the price we had paid. Crew is young as seen on website but they do look a few years older in-person. Average, not highly experienced. Some methods of moving were not time-efficient like dissembling furniture when unnecessary (side note: they lost some screws to parts of our furniture and I still haven’t found them - just ended up getting replacement screws) + (we know the furniture fit through the door without disassembling, that’s how we got them in in the first place and there was plenty of room in the truck, anyways). Honestly should have stopped them but we only noticed what they were doing when it was a bit too late. (Didn’t think we needed to supervise every single move…)My husband overheard one of the guys murmuring under their breath amongst themselves about the job not being accurately reported to them (probably a miscommunication within their own management as what we paid was within a approximate range of the quote and I had filled out their link to list all items needing to be moved). This probably upset the movers (understandable) but we could have went without the micro aggressions during the day.With a different moving company, my brother had 2+ more bedrooms (basement+attic on top of this) to move in comparison paid about $450 less than us despite having approximately the same weight/size/quantity of furniture which is kind of a steep difference to be honest.Overall, experience was not terrible nor was it good. I mean they did finish the job. We did not see a point in reaching out to management after we had already paid as we’re quite sure it would have been more trouble to get any compensation and we didn’t feel like adding to our experience.
