The Blind Spot
Byron was great to work with. He was prompt, professional and the blinds came in super quick. He was also really helpful in recommending the best blind for our kitchen. We will definitely be ordering more blinds from him in the near future.

The Blind Spot
Very unpleasant experience all around. Had to wait double the expected time for defective blinds which had to be taken down and sent back. Waited a few more weeks for working blinds and less than 3 months later the blinds in the master bedroom are faulty and don't go up. Called to voice a complaint and got told to drop them off at a residence so they could be sent back...yet again. Our complaints were dealt with in an extremely unprofessional manner with being yelled/cursed at and wishing death upon myself. This is not how you treat customers or any person for that matter. Shame on you Byron. Shame on you.
