Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Awful company and management. They take advantage of you and treat you terribly. The customers are also so ignorant probably because the business is so scummy. The low pay is not worth the stress. Had to go to the labor board to get paid out for my vacation when I quit. HR withheld the vacation time I accumulated and they ended up getting fined for not paying me. Happens to everyone I know that has worked here. Save your time and sanity.

My last pay was short and I have been arguing with them for a week now and they keep denying it.

Worst place you'll ever work, all the job advertisements are dressed up like an old burger with fresh ingredients. The pay was not what the ad said it would be, the rules are too strict and beyond reasonable... mind you there are tons and hidden information you don't find out until later. They hire and fire like it's water with no reasoning besides it being a business decision". Bill Gosling will waste four weeks of your life to "weed" you out when they over hire by 10 people when they only need 2 people. Parking is outrageously priced. As with every job there is pros and cons but this job has more cons then pros. I don't suggest working here well unless you need some quick money in a limited amount of time

They weren't lying when they said it's a waste of your time. The HR department needs to be fired completely for their unethical ways. It's all smiles and happy go lucky during the hiring process until their true miserable colours are showed. I should've listened to the reviews and not stepped a single foot into this dump with my resume.

Excellent place to work. Roadside London ON ...former employee that is looking for a second pt job....however Trevor, Jay or Brody and Matt would like my pt hours at 35 per week....are you kidding me...a pt job is 21hours, no more..i have also emailed all the top Goslings in Newmarket with no replies from any of the 14 email recipient..p poitras

I had great experience working at bill gosling for WFH position. Weekly coaching and team huddles are good to get feedback on our performance and one fun team huddle every week.

well make sure they pay you correctly after you leave because they sure didn't pay me properly :) this company is so horribly run. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to work for them. unless you like being verbally abused by customers, belittled by staff above you ( with less education than you) and almost never being able to use the washroom when you need it do to their ILLEGAL setup, i would suggest steering clear of this hell hole.

Went through a 15 min talk with a woman a week and a half ago about getting a job here. I was super excited and actually looking forward to trying it out but instead of a call or email (which she said she would send immediately after we hung up) i got nothing. Fast forwards about a week and a half later to today, and a woman calls me again about if i’m interested, i was, up until that moment. She went to put me on hold and instead hung up on me. Obviously not worth the stress of coming here if they won’t even finish setting up an interview. Don’t waste your time.

Literally the most degrading place to work. Do yourself a favour and apply at a bar or fast food place - you'll get more respect and enjoyment for minimum wage. You are told you cannot laugh, told what to wear and how to interact with co workers. The management has ZERO management skills! Its their way or what....never stuck around long enough to find out. Let me tell you it would go a LONG way in this environment to have people who enjoy some shred of their life at minimum in order to be able to relate to any other human with some dignity and respect. This is NO place to begin your career. The HR department cannot keep their affairs in order either. Total disorganization! Perhaps if you want to maintain good staff you might want to start with a look at team building, it's not actually rocket science. I am thrilled to have no need to continue with you. It's unfortunate good companies such as CAA use you to answer calls. I would have stayed much longer if it didn't feel like a jail sentence 40 hours a week.

I've worked here five years and don't regret a day. Showing up and working hard is rewarded, good people and above average amount of vacation. This is a 24/7 contact centre, we work according to business needs. If you walk in with an open mind and good work ethic then you will be very successful.
