I brought my wife's 2012 Toyota Corolla here last week for the first time. She had a loose heat shield under the exhaust system. I was in and out in minutes. Came for my alignment appointment (that was scheduled 5 days in advance) on Saturday morning. They told me their new alignment machine is not set up yet. They never called me to cancel the appointment. Do not recommend to anyone who values their time!

I had and amazing experience everybody was nice and polite, customer service is impeccable. Fayez and the team were so helpful. They were very good with the pricing and made sure i got everything i needed for my car. I felt very comfortable, they are very trust worthy, open and honest, if i could give this ten stars i would. Not to mention they offer a comfortable environment to rest and double check to make sure everything on your car is working and in good order before you leave. I plan on coming back and making them my primary go to place for all my car maintenance needs 10/10 service recommend.

I have been using Hensall auto for over 10 years - I don't take my cars (Murano and Sonata) anywhere else. Initially it was just for brake work but they have done all kinds of work on the several types of vehicles I have owned over the years. Their pricing is more than fair, especially when compared to the new car dealers.These guys really know their stuff, they're honest and reliable, and work is done on a timely basis when promised. They work on all vehicles ranging from daily drivers to luxury cars. Highly recommended.

Beware of Hensall Auto. Their pricing practices are downright dishonest. They quoted me one price for the repairs, but when it came time to pay, they tacked on outrageous additional charges. It felt like a blatant attempt to rip me off. Their lack of transparency and integrity is appalling. I urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere to avoid falling victim to their deceptive pricing tactics.

if you are looking for genuine repairs at a good rate, hensall brothers would be the right choice, i always get my tires changed by them which keeps me going throughout!
